Got this for my son to play along with. Wish there a volume 2 and 3 and so on. My only issue is that I was expecting just to hear the drums and not any other instruments on the CD that was provided. That way the player can really zoom in on what's being played. So 4 stars instead of 5.Either way after few runs we nailed a few songs. Love the Stones!!

This is a good book for learning and practicing the drum parts to these songs. The utility on the disc, called TNT is great. It allows you to play the full song, the song minus drums but with a click track, and the song minus drums and minus click track.You can slow the song down to make it easier to pick out what's being played. And you can change the pitch. You can even loop parts so that you can hear or practice a segment of the song repeatedly.The music is top notch. It sounds almost like the original, minus the vocals.My only complaints would be I wish they would make the software's user interface a bit larger and I REALLY wish they would have added the option to have the vocals. Playing along with the song is great, but without the vocals it's missing something. It's not a deal breaker, as this is only meant for learning and practicing, but having good vocals would put it over the top.I purchased quite a few of these types of books recently and this is one of the better ones.

Somewhat ok to play along to but with no vocals wears thin real fast. Have somebody sing it so it feels more like actually playing a song. Plus I know where the breaks and fills go buy the lyricis.

I have been playing drums for a little over a year (so technically still a beginner).I'm getting better at reading music and this book has great transcriptions BUT what drives me crazy as a beginner is when sheet music like this doesn't include the lyrics.At this point in the learning process having the lyrics on the sheets really helps me with my timing and accuracy.One thing I do to learn songs from sheet music is first sing them and play 'air' drums before I sit down at the kit.I can't do that with this book unless I want to write the lyrics in by hand.Note: the Beatles Drum Collection of sheet music I also bought has a ton of great songs AND the lyrics to all of them.

Accurate transcriptions. Simple stuff.Two pages for "Satisfaction"? Click track on no drums is annoying.

ca fait un bout de temps que je recherche ce book, et ho déception, les CD fournis avec ne passent pas, dans aucun de mes lecteurs. Très très décevant.

Song selections could be better. Where is Start Me Up or Sympathy for the Devil?! Brown Sugar, Gimme Shelter, Honky Tonk Woman and JJ Flash are fun, but the rest can be a bit boring or obscure.

Big fan of Charlie watts and this edition has some great drum parts and a few fills on the drums that i have now pinned down thanks to there transcriptions also the CD is great to Jam along with aswell...great value for money...will there be a part 2??

Excellent easy to use and the print is big enough to have it on a music stand whilst you are at the kit without needing binocluors!

Gute Songauswahl mit unterschiedlichem Schwierigkeitsgrad. Mir als relativiem Anfänger hilft das Buch gut weiter. Die CDs bieten gute Musik, bei der man die Drums gut raushören kann.
