It works!
It works! I have tried every pad and solution for my rescue white miniature poodle. Nothing has stopped the tear stains that reach to his jaw. When I saw this powder, I thought it made sense. The powder would absorb the tears, preventing them from staining the hair. The product is a very, very fine powder. And it works. Dexter’s eyes are at least 80% better within three days. I’m not sure it will ever get to 100%, but it is so much of an improvement that I am very happy with the product. I would recommend getting the brush. It works when you tap the powder lightly on the face. The brush holds just the right amount and it doesn’t clump or smear. I do not think a q tip would work as well.

It works!
I have two shaded silver Persians, so flat faces and mostly cream-colored fur. The combination makes for some very dirty eyes. Nothing I've tried in the past has worked, so I finally broke down and bought the Eye Envy Tear Stain Remover Solution, the Eye Envy Tear Stain Remover Powder and the Eye Envy ProPowder Applicator Brush. I find the solution works to clean their eyes, then I use the brush applicator to dab on the powder under and in the corners of their eyes. Their eyes have never looked so good! Honestly, I'm not even sure if I am supposed to use the solution and the powder together, but the combination actually works. And the brush is perfect for applying the powder. I had thought I could use an old eyeshadow brush, but that doesn't work at all. I love this stuff and will continue to use it on my cats.

Over one week and is working well!
So far, I’ve been using the product everyday for the past week, and it has worked amazing on my white maltipoo (nearly disappeared). His tear stains would often cover large areas under his eyes. I’ve tried multiple Angel Tears products, but didn’t see any improvements. As for my Jack Russell, her tear stains have improved, but are still pretty evident. Overall, I recommend everyone to try the product!

It works
This product plus these wipes have cleared our dog’s tear stains. https://a.co/d/0e2lcJQI cleanse the area with the wipes (coconut scent is her favorite), let the area dry, and then apply the powder with a small brush as the directions state. I do it every other day. She calmly sits through the process - actually tries to lick the eye wipes.

Happy Cat, happy owners
Happy Cat and owner. We have a Flame Point Himalayan cat with an extreme face (flat). His eyes run like crazy which required daily cleaning. We had ordered and used the small size of the Eye Envy powder several years ago on a different cat. Our prior cats eyes didn't run like our present one and only needed occasional cleaning. While the Eye Envy powder worked, we stopped using it when we ran out because he wasn't having any problems and the EE liquid alone, or other brand wipes, worked well enough. Our current cats eyes were tearing so much and the crust formed so quickly, we almost couldn't keep up with it. Half the time he kept his left eye 1/2 closed. I was using another eye wipe product which worked to clean them up but did nothing to limit the tearing. We had used the Eye Envy (refrigerated) in the past and it helped a bit but still required daily cleaning. We decided to try the Eye Envy NR and went ahead and ordered the powder again to try. I'm kicking myself now for not doing so years ago. I really cant believe how well it's working. We received it about 2 weeks ago and it's literally made all the difference in the world. As much tearing that he did, stains weren't really a problem so I can't comment on how it does with stains. But in terms of limiting tearing and keeping his eyes clean and free of that reddish brown crust, it's working fantastic. I'm now experimenting with how long we can go between cleanings. It looks like 2X per week would keep up with it pretty well. But I'm finding that his eyes stay dry and pretty much spotless for 2 days after application. So, we can't "get away with" 1X per week as suggested on the Eye Envy site. Looks like every 2-3 days would be ideal. At that interval, it's an easy, gentle wipe with the EE liquid and then a little of the powder applied using a small, soft makeup brush that my wife donated. The entire process takes all of a couple of minutes. We are extremely pleased with this product. Our Himi's eyes look better than ever and his left eye, which always bothered him, hasn't since we first started using the product. He's definitely more comfortable. Amazing stuff and the 4 oz powder will probably last for years.

Doesn’t last long
This does get the tear stains off. But it does not last long at all. Wish it did because we have tried so many things.

Finally, Something That Actually Works!
After trying so many tear stain removers with little to no results, I finally found a product that truly works — Eye Envy Tear Stain Remover Powder. I have a Maltese puppy, and as many pet owners know, tear stains can be a constant struggle, especially with white-coated breeds. From the very first use, I noticed a real difference. The powder is gentle, easy to apply, and doesn’t bother my pup at all.
