Very Good Computer for Business
It works well right out of the Box. Sufficiently fast enough for business. Does well playing videos and video conferencing. The only issue I had is it uses the newer type of hard drive, NVMe. This made it a bit challenging to add a second SATA 3.5 drive, but done without too much trouble. The value for the money is excellent.

Ready to go
I was a little skeptical buying a refurbished computer but it arrived and looked and functioned as if it was new. No issues at all. My biggest complaint is that Windows 10 (or 11 ?) on the machine has a bunch of things built in to wake up the computer and report details to Microsoft. After several searches on Google I think I managed to shut Microsoft out of my private computer. The selfish audacity of Microsoft is disturbing. No respect for customer privacy or the security of the customer’s system. The refurbishing company should offer an option to turn off automatic updates and reporting so the PC behaves as expected / needed. Sad that users have to fight with Windows settings that are buried deeply and only can be modified by seeking online help from other users. Here is something worthwhile for the DOJ to spend their investigation budget bringing back under control.

Not what I ordered the first time so I had to return and re oder
I ordered the the first one and it was missing the hard drive and the holder. Someone missed putting the computer together right. I had to return the first one and reorder to get the right computer. Second computer was right and had everything on it. Works great but had to wait 2 weeks to get which put us back from when it was needed the first time.

Amazing for the price!
it’s FAST. I don’t see what type of DDR ram it has though, which is a downside. It shows that it has DDR4 but task manager doesn’t display that. Oh well the pc is super fast and really good. Trust me if you add a decent GPU you’ll be just fine.

Fast and cheap
Don’t know what else to say. $200 machine with so much. Great for the normal office daily use. Already purchased many of these for the office.

No optical drive as advertised
This computer would have been great but Amazon falsely advertised this as containing an optical drive for DVD use and there is none. They advertised options that contained a drive a a cheaper alternative that did not. I ordered and paid for the one which had the drive and received one without any drive. I got a replace within a few days of my noticing this issue, however the replacement was the exact same incorrect item. I am trying still to figure out from Amazon if they actually have the one I ordered and paid for as advertised. Note that the optical drive is a requirement if you want to set up WiFi access, which I need for work and school accounts. This is putting me in a very bad position as I need this computer for school and work and have already installed my Microsoft applications software into the defected computer, also purchased thru Amazon, before I realized the drive does not exist. Actually it cakes you out because it appears to have the DVD drive, but there is no actual button to open it. I called Dell who looked up the item by service ticket and was able to confirm that not only is there no warranty on this item (which I understand as this is a Microsoft refurbished product sold by Amazon) but this item does not come with an optical drive, as Amazon is advertising. I am giving one star because of the terrible position this had put me in and the fact they keep sending me the exact same device - an overall lack in customer service as I see it.Please be aware this item DOES NOT HAVE an optical drive and therefore the adapter and software provided in order to get WiFi connection is useless. You can only use direct Ethernet connection with this PC.I am updating this review to three stars because even though this item was falsely advertised, the customer service rep at Amazon, Ms. Kareen, worked diligently for about two hours to achieve a favorable result under the circumstances and for that I am most appreciative.

Identical to brand new at excellent price
The case and internals appear brand new, not even a scratch.Impressed that the SSD is of the higher performance PCIe NVMe type instead of the cheaper SATA.Nice that the most recent version of Windows 10 was installed, although it required a few updates; also nice that its the Pro version and not just the Home version. Also nice that Chrome was already installed, saving a bit of time and skipping all the "doomsday" warnings from MS when Chrome is installed.Only criticism is that the supplied keyboard and mouse are "El Cheapo" but I expected that and don't need to use them. My suggestion to seller is to just skip those.
