I had left a review giving this 5 stars, and I still stand behind that on the first playpen we received. It's heavy duty, nice looking, has kind of a brushed brass finish and works really, really well. We use it for our new daushund puppy. Another customer put a picture of their dog inside this identical playpen, so I know it wasn't a fluke that I received the nice playpen with my first order. The nice one has a doorway that goes all the way to the top of the playpen, not a door in the middle of one of the panels as shown.. Our playpen is inside, with her two crates attached (one is her potty crate, the other is her sleeping crate).. The whole system is working super well... For that playpen, I give five stars. Same item, same seller, same price.. However, what we received was a very flimsy black playpen, which is much smaller and not the same quality at all.. The doorway is in the center of the panel .. The first one we received, each panel was 24" x 24" with a total of 8 panels.. The 2nd one has panels that are 24" x 18" with 8 panels, so there is 48" difference. That's a lot when you're talking about space for your dog to play in.UPDATE: I changed my feedback back to 5 stars because I contacted the company and they took care of the problem with the 2nd playpen. They asked me for pictures of the two playpens, I sent them and they took care of the problem asap..Can't ask for better customer service than that! Plus, we really do love the 1st one we received (the brushed metal heavy duty one as pictured in some of the feedbacks.... Course, that doens't help anyone to know which playpen they will receive!We did end up taking the black one on our vacation (which is why we bought a 2nd) and it did work okay.. It's not as nice but was easy enough to put up and take down. It's kind of flimsy, we never used the door (just put her in over the top) and it kept my daughters full grown doxie inside, too, however, they were able to push the sides up from the bottom trying to escape. I love it!!! I have a 2month old lab/Chihuahua mix { crazy mix right?!}. we tried everything to keep Kona inside his designated play spot, we used a baby gate to block him from going into different rooms, and we couldn't let him roam around out side... so we bought a different outdoor play pen [ I wont mention the brand} and it completely fell apart after we put it together. so we threw it away and started searching for a better brand, we found this one and the price was only 28 dollars!!!! this play pen is amazing, and its priced really low { AWESOME} so we tested it out and it kept our puppy inside and safe. we even attached his kennel to it so he can sleep and then still have access to the play part. you could fit a little bed, water and food dish, pee pad, and lots of toys, and still have PLENTY of room for you and your dog to play. I got the ''30 inch one and it is tall enough to keep my puppy from leaping over the fence. as I've read, and noticed, the door doesn't lock that well, but it keeps my puppy inside anyways. we just use another clip to keep the door shut. since its raining we keep him inside, but we cant wait to test it outside!!!! were planning to buy another one , just incase something happens to the first one, or if we need more room, but I don't think any thing will happen to the first one, since its such good quality.THANK YOU SO MUCH OXGORD!!!!!

I love this pen. I've never purchased a pen for a puppy before so wasn't totally sure what to expect. This is light, easy to assemble and for the price is well made. Do I think it would hold a large or adult dog? No. It will hold a puppy. I have a bull dog mix puppy who is now 3 months old. It will still hold her. I put it outside when I want her to be outside for a little while and I can't supervise. Of course you need to use the ground clips for this. I'm sure in another month or two she won't be able to use this but I think I'll use it later for a gate inside the house. Using the pen inside is a little more trickier. Since she is getting larger now, she will push the pen around when it's inside. I've countered that by placing chairs around it that hold it so she can't push it. I got it to use for a puppy pen. It worked great.

I bought two 36' high playpens for my rabbit. I've had these playpens for about a month now and they arrived 5 days after my purchase with free shipping. The playpens were the correct size, durable, and came bigger than I expected.I have 3 minor issues with this playpen. The playpen is durable, but can be slightly flimsy if moved around too much. Although, it's nothing to be too concerned about. Another issue I have is the door to the playpen. This is mainly my issue but I wish it was bigger so an average human can fit into it. I'm pretty small so I can fit in and out of the door, but it's a struggle. Anyone taller than 5'3 will have issues getting in and out. I know the picture shows a small door and it was probably just meant for a pet to get in and out of, but I thought I'd mention it anyway. The last problem I had was with the packaging of the product. One of the boxes came ripped and looked like it was previously opened, then "fixed" back with tape. I'm not sure if that's OxGord's fault or Ups. Due to the rips in the packaging, the end of the fence is slightly bent. The bent made the fence wobble more, so I had to turn the fence over on its other side. These 3 minor concerns is why I've rated this product 4 stars.Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. The price is fantastic compared to how much a fence like this would be sold at a pet store. I would recommend and purchase again.

Amazing price for this! Great quality for what you're paying, and the ones at the store are much more expensive! I have this for my lionhead rabbit and she runs around and plays in it. Good for indoors or outdoors! I'd recommend you take it inside everytime you're done with it outside

Perfect for keeping my 95lb German shepherd off the grass and on the deck while we are mowing. Took some of the thing apart and just used zip ties when I Need to make it longer. Much cheaper then pet stores and same quality!

Bought it for my kids bunny and it works great! Great quality!
