These cards are cute and great to use. I bought them for my 5 year old and we enjoy learning words and how to spell them from these cards.

This is the most cost effective card I’ve found to help my daughter learn to read. Very good quality, excellent choice of words, highly recommend.

My granddaughter is starting to read. She loves to play with these cards with me. I hand her a card and she reads the main sound on the front, such as at and then reads cat (which has a picture) she turns the card around and then sounds out the rhyming words such as bat, mat and hat. She is so proud when she is correct. If she has problems with a word or sound and I help her, she usually remembers it the next time we play with the cards. I only show her a few cards at a playing session not to overwhelm her. The secret of teaching small ones is to make it fun. I started with the 3 letter words first and now she can read the 5 letter words.

The kids in my class like these because we go through them fast, and they compete against themselves to see how quickly they can read all the words on the cards. It's been a very useful tool in learning sight words, a fun drill that they don't groan about.

Toddlers love the tactile feel of these cards, and the interactive learning experience. Another advantage over digital screens is that they're not distracted, since options to "switch apps" isn't really a possibility. The cards have been well though through and seem to be designed by teaching professionals familiar with teachings kids at that level.

Carson Dellosa is one of my favorite brands for teaching little ones!These cards are around the same thickness as a medium/heavier cardstock and glossy. The box is a good size for traveling if needed.The word family blends are easy to use.Perfect for early readers!

My little lady is 4, on the autism spectrum and was predominantly non verbal a year ago and with the help from these cards her confidence has grown to the point she is now in full-time mainstream school and managing to communicate to a much better standard. My 18 month old nephew also absolutely loves these cards the colours are bright, the pictures are lovely and the words are clear and easy to read.

Great quality cards and perfect for giving new readers a chance to be familiar with a variety of common sound trends in words. It helps them identify and pronounce words quicker.
