Overall the product is good quality much like a life proof brand case. I got a life proof for my husbands phone for the screen didn’t quite fit his phone but this did and it keeps my husbands phone safe. Only issue is the sound quality. Hearing and speaking Is somewhat an issue. With the case on it, it’s a bit hard to hear and you have to talk a bit louder.

I did the waterproof test and it leaked. I packed it back up to return for refund. The refund website said this item is not eligable for return. I checked the item description and there is nothing that says it can not be returned. This the first time in 5 years of shopping at Amazon I've had a problem. I want my money back and will pursue this further.

My mother has nearly lost her phone due to water damage 2-3 times. No to mention nearly cracked the screen. Now I don’t have to worry about her any more.

The case itself is not bad but the button to mute the volume does not work which makes the case useless! I have no choice but to buy another case as due to the line of work I do I would need to be able to mute the volume! toggling between airplane mode is not practical

It's a nice case the one thing I don't like is how the sound is muffled it's enough to make me want to get a new case but other than that and having to plug in the cord it comes with for headphones it's a decent case

Very sturdy and handy especially if your a little clumsy with anything. A viable item!

I have no idea about durability for sturdiness at this point. I bought it for my husband we have a Farm and cell phones get bumped around quite a bit. But it fit great and it looks like the touchscreen is great so all together it’s pretty nice.

earphone jack does not work properly because the case is too big. However ive dropped this plenty of times and its still is in one piece. Havent dropped it in water yet (fingers crossed), and also its difficult to remove, even with the chili shaped piece of plastic they provide for you to open it. I'm not impressed, but it'll do for now.
