I got a bunch of these sets of silicone cooking utensils when I got married. That was 4 years ago and these are the only ones I'll cook with now. They are so much better than their plastic counterparts. They don't melt at high heat, and are crazy easy to clean. And this wisk is the only one I have that hasn't broken after a year!

After hours of online researching silicone utensil products I settled on StarPack. Not only did I buy this set but I also bought the X-large set in red, plus another X-large turner spatula and also another gray-black 5 piece standard set AND a set of 2 tongs. So, I spent a fair amount of money but it is money well spent. These look good, feel good, perform fantastically! The steel core is such a bonus as it adds heft to the piece and gives the utensil strength when stirring or flipping or cutting into lasagna, yet the flexible ends (maybe 1/4 inch or a bit more) act like spatulas and you can get into the corners and edges of pans, skillets, casserole dishes, bowls, anything. I read all the reviews about spotting after washing in the dishwasher and the seller/manufacturer labels that come with the pieces say they are dishwasher safe but to hand wash to prolong the life of the items. Honestly, it is such a breeze to hand wash these! Everything just slides right off! I thought I would hate hand washing them but it is no problem at all. I simply love these utensils - got ride of all of my old nylon pieces that had melted edges and the metal shafts were scratching the upper edges of my new pots and pans when stirring. Plus, these are FDA approved food safe. Thank you StarPack! I am so glad I went with your products when I made my decision to buy. Now to find a piece or two that can be left in dishes when cooking in the microwave (these cannot because of the steel core). Definitely a great buy and I highly recommend these.

I can't deal with metal scraping against metal, and unfortunately, in a kitchen, the possibility of that occurring is quite high. These utensils reduced that possibility greatly.I purchased both sets of cooking tools the company offers. The sets were reasonably priced, and they arrived quickly. I fell in love with the slotted spatula on the first use and promptly threw out all of my other spoons, spatulas, stirrers, and whatnot. It scraped surfaces cleanly, the handles remained cool to the touch, and they were easy to clean. Most are not microwave-safe but honestly, who leaves their slotted spoon in a bowl in the microwave? One thing I appreciated greatly was that I could leave the spoon in the pan for a bit and not worry about it melting against the surface.Two things of note: the spatulas (regular, not French) and the spoons seem smaller than my previous utensils. This is perfectly agreeable as we eat smaller portions anyway. Secondly, we did have to contact their customer service. The set arrived without a basting brush which I, like most chefs use several times a day. (I don't, but I was excited to try it.) I contacted the company, and they responded quickly, on a Sunday, no less, to apologise and to let me know that they would mail a brush out shortly.Inside the box was also an invitation to try their new products in exchange for feedback. I signed up for this, and I am excited to try their other products. I would be happy to continue to conduct business with StarPack.

I got to know StarPack when I first bought the spatula set, and I regret I didn't buy the set including 2 large and 2 small spatulas. Once it became clear I needed another set, I opted for this one, which also included a whisk and a turner. I couldn't be happier: each of them is just great!They are all heat resistant—as advertised; this is essential for me because I don't have to worry about where I put them while cooking: I can easily put them in a hot pan and they won't get damaged in any way. Having a silicon whisk was also useful for me, for two reasons: I can easily use it with non-stick pans, and it can be used even when the pan is on the stove, being heat resistant.Cleaning each of these tools is a breeze, but they are also dishwasher safe—another crucial feature in my kitchen.I use all these tools a lot, and they look like brand you: I love them!!!

Had one set, bought another for the camping van.

When I first opened the box and felt how lightweight these pieces are, I was concerned.Last night I used the brush on my screaming hot cast iron grill pan (to oil it before use). Then used it to oil the screaming hot pan after it was cleaned, to season it. I expected it to melt, but it held up beautifully! Looks just like it did when I pulled it out of the box.I also used the slotted spoon (I bought it separately on Amazon). Again, I was first concerned about how lightweight the spoon is. But, thanks to the stainless steel core, it held up just as well as the brush. In fact, I like how the tip is very flexible, but the spoon itself is sturdy enough to stir a hardy stew.The turner is rather flat. If you wanted something with more of an angle from the handle, this is not the turner for you. I actually like the lack of an angle from the handle because it's so much easier to store in my crowded utensil drawer! :DETA: About a year later these have become my favorite, and most used, utensils! I love this brand - they really hold up well.The turner (spatula) has become one of my favorite most used of this set. I use it to brown meat, or any time I'm using a dutch oven. Scraps the bottom beautifully while remaining flexible enough to scrap the sides down cleanly.

We've had the products for a few weeks now and so far everything has been great, but the first time we used the wisk one of tines popped out.
