Sharp and cuts through meat and bone with less effort
If you love clean cut meat and bone with less effort and no shattered bone or meat then use it. Be careful because it’s extremely sharp.

This is heavy!!!
The first thing that struck me was that this knife is really heavy. The blade was sharp but perhaps could be a bit sharper. The packaging was def gift able. I am gifting this so haven't used it, but could certainly see it cleaving through a side of meat and bone!!

Very sharp and right weight for a small person
The knife is very sharp and the weight is just right (unless for 200-pound person may use a heavier one). It chops chicken bones with ease. It cuts the chicken meats easily like a chef knife (but it is quite heavy for cutting meats). The blade hardness is quite high and I have not seen any chip on the blade, but I have not used on hard pork shoulders yet.

Definitely noticeably sharper and sturdier than my other knives laying around. A bit heavy as expected but is amazingly sharp!
