Straight to the Point Running Log
I have been running for 18 years. I ran JR. High XC and Track all through high school and even had the opportunity to accept a scholarship to run for a college all 4 years in both high school and track. Strava.com is the go-to because it records all runs and activities via Bluetooth from my Garmin watch after I complete a run, walk, workout, bike ride, etc. but it is nice to have something to write your run plan into and then record the data onto to compare and see it all side-by-side. That is why I purchased this journal.About the Journal:First page has a place for your name and some info about you and then a small contact sheet for "essential contacts". Next page is full of a small 2020 yearly calendar that you can't really do anything with other than circle some days or see the whole year and its days. There is room to right on the next page beside it though. Next is the same thing except for the year 2021 laid out and space to fill out notes and etc on the corresponding page. There is a goal page in listing form, results page in listing form, race bucket list page in listing form, and a my races page in listing form.Next is a 2020 year plan spread across 2-pages with every day listed out and a little room to ride a word underneath it. And then there is a typical planner layout of January 2020-Dec 2020 in a box layout for each month. Here is where I like to write out my projected monthly run plan, and then fill in the actual run below it in the same box for each day.Lastly, for Jan 2020-Dec 2020 there is each day listed with a space for the distance, time, pace, heart rate, and calories of each day's run with some space to right details of how the run went. I like this feature, however, it is difficult with the limited amount of space and only 1 alotted run per day to squeeze in the stats and info if I had run a second time that day also for a 2-a-day. All in all, I am satisfied with it. Hope this review was helpful!

Has everything a runner needs
This is a great logbook for runners. I’ve been relying on logbooks for years to track my progress as a serious long distance runner. This has got it all: daily, monthly, and yearly tracking with all the important categories. My issue is that it is not spiral bound and won’t stay open for easy access each day. Otherwise, great!

A no frills way to log your runs
This a straightforward, easy to use, log book for running. Unfortunately I can't use the race tracker portion right now, and probably for the end of the year. But I do like having a specific place for all my daily runs and monthly calendars to track my training. Would definitely purchase again.

Easy thorough tracking and recording
It's not fancy, but this journal really has everything you need for tracking, recording, about your runs. I love the ability to track progress, count how many workouts I've done, record total mileage and look up the information easily.

Pages upside down
The pages are upside down. I don't understand why they would not do a quality check before sending out the product. Frustrating, wanted to log miles by the new year. I guess I paid for the quality.
