I got the unit and it was easy to set up and install. The voice mail is voice prompted and once I got used to manuevering the buttons, it was set up in a jiffy. I found out that it has a block call feature that lets you block harrassing numbers on the phone itself! (I haven't used it yet but I can't wait to!) One thing, make sure you properly attach the battery door, it has popped off in my hand a few times before I got it right. other than that, a great buy and value for the money.

If only AT &T would have better land line service but this equipment is great.

We like these phones for their Orange lights and sound quality, but I can’t rest it on my shoulder as I’m talking because it slips and falls very easily. I use the speaker function for calls longer than a few minutes.

It's clean lined looking and all white with silver/gray. the main station is small and fits great on the kitchen wall, the phone sits great and flat within the main station! Looks great in our opinion and the buttons now are backlit with a yellow light only when actively using the phone, nice for nighttime answering the phone or making a call without needing to get up and turn a light on. We purchased the set and added one more phone/charger to it for the added phone in all upstairs bedrooms. We had this same set (almost) and it lasted so many years that we purchased it again! Only a few things have been updated and like it even much better now!

Good phones to have. The only thing I dislike is that the answering machine's volumn can not be adjusted pass a certain level. If you are away from the base, you can not hear the messages if you are in another area of your home when it's recording. Other tha this, good value.

This phone seems to be a corporate committee designed phone that does the job, but misses the mark for being a very useful product. I do not use the internal voice mail system'.My 15+ year old Panasonic cordless phone(s) finally wore out (buttons no longer were reliable) so I had to replace the system and I chose this one based on reports of good sound quality. I should have bought another Panasonic.Good sound it does have, but here are the negatives:1. The display: That large thing only displays 2 lines. At the top is a line that displays incoming phone name or number, At the bottom , the date and tome are listed. Both texts are small and to my knowledge cannot be changed. There is also a small battery state of charge symbol in the display. All that space is the middle is for ? The display is hard to read.2. There are a lot of multi use controls that depend on the state of use. For example, the round up/down left/right control does call id (down) or number directory lists (up) when the phone is not connected (off hook). When connected those same controls are volume down or up. You will need to keep the manual handy until you have learned the controls. (plus notes from the online manual as noted in 3. )3. It comes with a printed manual that covers only about 30% of what you need to set up the phone. You will have to download the online manual for the other 70%. For example, if you want to add a period or comma to the directory name you will only find how to do that in the online manual.I'll keep the phone, but I think I'll replace it soon.

Work like they should

The item was delivered as promised, and upon receiving it I was impressed with the look of the telephone and its design. However , it is too complicated to operate. I was so confused in just answering the telephone it became non-functional for me. I read the booklet over and over again and I am still confused. I am returning the product. Thank You
