Actually tastes great! Great deal
Tried these out this week. Pretty impressed! My experience with powdered eggs were from the military and school cafeterias. My hopes were not high; but got them anyways because it was cheap protein for bulk storage.THEY TASTE GREAT! Like really blew us away. We’ve made tamagoyaki and it came out 90% as good, as when we use fresh pasture raised eggs. Extremely happy.Hoping if we store this stuff on Mylar bags with oxygen observers, we will get 5-20 years out of them.Yes, it comes on a giant bag, in a giant box. You should have your own long term storage solution for them. 5 gallon bucket with a gamma lid would do the trick if you’re going to use it within 5 years.11,000 grams of complete protein for $350 bucks is a great deal; not to mention 134,000 calories. Now, how about some powdered grass fed milk?

Tastes good! Recommended!
We purchased the 50 lb box for $350 with the intent to repackage the contents into 1 lb vacuum sealed bags (with oxygen absorbers). Using a digital scale to measure, we ended up with 49 bags containing 16 oz. to 16.25 oz each and one bag with 8 oz. We did set aside enough to try the eggs scrambled (plain with a little butter) and cooked into some pancakes. The scrambled option looked a little like dough when mixed (eg. not liquid / runny like fresh eggs) but cooked up just like 'normal' eggs. And, the pancakes turned out exactly like you'd expect with fresh eggs. To our palate, the scrambled eggs favored the yolk side of the flavor spectrum, but were otherwise indiscernible from fresh eggs.

Excellent product---as described and tastes excellent
Fantastic value, premium grade product. Not using as a baking product but rather making scrambled eggs, etc...and it's that good that it's usable in that way. It does come in one giant bag so went through and repacked all in vacuum sealed bags. Will buy again... great for a pandemic!

Full Weight. Arrived quickly. Looks good.
Package and contents weighs in at just over 52 pounds. Arrived FedEx quickly. Signature required was a bit of a hassle. Color looks good. Powder is free flowing. Double bagged. Inner bag does have slight residue/powder on it, outer bag is clean and strong. Date of manufacture: 3/6/2022 so it's less than a month old. Certificate of analysis is included. Value rating is before the price hike.

Excelente producto
Excelente producto. Hay que tener en cuenta que son 50 lb. por lo que hay que dividirlo para mantener su durabilidad. En mi caso, yo lo dividi en bolsas mylar de 5 lb con absorbentes de oxĂgeno. Lo recomiendo.

the 50lb is NOT split into 1lb bags! You'll need another way to store it to keep it good
Eggs are eggs. These are fine. But, the 50lb bag is not split up, so you'll need some other air tight way to store your eggs. Also, Tablespoons? What do you mean by tablespoon? Depending on region that could mean 14g, 15g, or 20g. apparently according to these packs, 14g is 2 tablespoons?
