Great workout
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I wasn't looking for something too fancy but nothing too cheap and this treadmill has all of the features I'm wanting and have been looking for. Putting this together was really easy and the instructions on how everything works is explained really good. There is a power button that prevents little ones from turning this on. Plus it folds up and goes down really easy. The orange latch that you see in the pictures is what locks it in place. Once you pull up on it, the treadmill will slowly start to lower itself down till its on the ground. You then need to make sure the pin is locked in, especially if you want to use the incline feature on this. You can still use the treadmill without the pin being locked in but if you are wanting to incline, you do need to have that pin in. There is also the feature of the magnetic tab. I have this hooked onto the cup holder that is on the side and then usually just through the magnet part in my pocket. If you have the treadmill on and don't have the magnetic piece on the yellow circle, it will continue to beep until you put it on. What I love about this treadmill is that it does check my heart rate while running but above those pads are buttons that I can push to either increase or decrease the speed and the incline. This makes it so much easier for me rather than bouncing around trying to push the buttons on the pad. There are several different workout modes and programs, however, I haven't gotten to those features just yet. I'm trying to get myself used to running again since it's been awhile. the instructions that this came with does actually explain to you what each program mode does. When it's folded up, it's not completely standing upright, which I am definitely alright with but even folded up, it doesn't take up much space in our room. While it does make noise, especially when someone is running on it, the noise level isn't that bad where you can't run and watch TV at a decent volume. You do have to turn the volume up a little more than normal but still not bothersome or overly loud. Great for me and my family to help us get back into shape and is not too complicated to just let us go for a quick jog or run.

Great addition to my home gym
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I was desperate for some cardio while quarantining and was on the market for a new treadmill but didn't want to shell out too much money, I wanted a treadmill that was simple (didn't need all those extra bells and whistles) and would help me get my cardio on. I like to do sprints, walk at an incline, and run a mile every once in a while and this little treadmill helps me do that and more.As far as the treadmill goes, I love that it has an incline feature for me to walk at an incline which is my preferred cardio workout. I ran a mile last week with a speed of 6mph and did not experience any issues with my knees afterward so I feel like the shock absorption is pretty darn good. I also like that it has heart rate sensors on the handles and displays your heart rate on the screen so I don't have to look at my watch. I saw some complaints that this is for short people, and while I am indeed on the shorter side (5'3"), my husband who is about 6 feet has walked and jogged on the treadmill and has no complaints. This treadmill is a nice addition to my home gym that I've been slowly working on. Also, I really like that this treadmill is foldable and can be easily put away.As for the assembly, it was ridiculously easy - my husband had it assembled in less than 10 minutes! This treadmill is heavy so definitely ask a friend, relative, or pet for a hand (paw).Overall, great buy during quarantine. I am super happy with this treadmill and love that I can do my running and cardio in the comfort of my own home (so now no more excuses haha).

Gets the job done, but definite room for improvement
We did a lot of research before buying this. We like it, but there are some definite issues.Pros:-Sturdy-Not too bulky-Auto incline to 12%-Runs smoothly-Not too loud (though not super quiet, either)Cons:-Display height is way too short. I'm 5' 6" and it's too low for me-Display is hard to read - I have to be almost at the very end of the belt or else the display is too faint.-Rails are way too close together and too low. I'm 160# so not tiny, but not wide either. I like to alternate periods of running with fast walks at the high incline. When walking, I'm constantly smashing my hands against the ends of the rails-Not enough buttons! On the main display there are only buttons for 2 mph, 5 mph, and 8 mph. I love the buttons on the rails, but the speed goes up by 0.1 mph at a time. If you're at 6 mph and want to go to 7.5, you either have to push the "speed up" rail button 15x or else hit the 8 on the display followed by the down button on the rail 5x.- When you finish the workout and remove the magnetic key, the thing beeps like crazy until you turn it off, which is super annoying. Can't speak to the folding up/storing aspect because we just leave it out.

It is an okay treadmill.
Dashboard is too low. Hard to reach buttons on handle. I am 5'6" and the monitor is at a wierd angle at my height, almost fell off the back when I tried to read it. Also it makes it very awkward to try to move the treadmill. If it would be about 6 to 8 inches higher it would be perfect. The incline says 12 different settings. But on any other treadmill the first 4 would be maybe 1.5. With the maximum 12 being equivalent to 3 to 4.With all that said. I had a much better designed treadmill at the same price point years ago.But with the gyms closed it is better then no cardio at all. It is convenient, and does not take up too much space.I just have to get used to the awkward design and try to manage not to step off the back accidentally. Would not recommend to anyone over 5'6" unless they are only planning to use it for walking.
