We found the book very helpful when it comes to temperature and making sure that it is temperatured correctly. It is important to read before you try to melt the chocolate and waste product.

Great little book
I am very grateful for the clear directions and helpful tips in this book. I had never worked with molded chocolate and the precise instructions helped me be successful in my first attempt. There are also directions for a wide variety of chocolate creations. It's a really good book.

This book explains everything about the types of chocolate. It lets you know about the different types of chocolates. Some people cannot have too much sweets, but with the knowledge in this book, one can still have chocolates without too much sugar.Thank you.

Not fit for the 21st century. (Temperature wise)
This book is written in Fahrenheit impossible to understand when you’ve been use to working with degrees Celsius all your life.Had I known it was written in Fahrenheit only I would not have purchased this book. As I simply don’t get Fahrenheit.
