Great product and super easy installation
I have a 2001 Silverado 5.3 L. Vortex and it fits perfect. This is the second one I bought for this truck, the 1st one lasted me about 5 years, it is plastic and eventually is gonna break but for the price is worth it. 10 minutes top to install. My son mows yards so we use the tailgate a lot. Would recommend 100%

Finally have a handle
Works as it should. It won't last forever but that's plastic for ya. How to install in 3 minutes ish,works flawlessly for now

Fixed a tailgate that would not open.
Fit my 2007 Silverado 2500HD perfect. Red and green connectors come installed. Adhesive foam stips on both sides come installed. Word of advise, instead of prying off the old coverplace, just remove the screws from the back sode of the tailgate. Everything will be free and is easier to remove.
