This product is one of the most beautiful things I have ever bought. It gives me such pleasure to sit and relax and watch the fish. The only thing I do not like about it is the top. They put everything in the top so it's tucked away, and that is completely useless. You cannot put anything in the top because it makes it impossible to take the top off to add fish or anything else. When setting up the tank the depth of the tank is so deep that you can hardly reach the bottom which makes it extremely difficult for someone who's short. Thank God I'm 6 ft tall because I could just barely reach the bottom. For a fish tank it is one of the most beautiful fish tanks I've ever seen, everyone compliments about it and says it's just extremely awesome. Just wish they would do something about the top because everything that should be in the top cabinet, sits out on a side table. Other than that I guess the pros and cons are about the same. So if you're short I cannot recommend you buying this tank cuz you'll never fit stuff in it cuz you won't be able to reach the bottom!.

Tank looks great but functions are very limited with the way top is made both on tank itself and top cover. Tank has to small of access.,hard to reach bottom of Tank due to height. Tank top cover holds pumps etc inside it which is great except to small of space to work in / place items. Feeding hole is to small also makes testing water hard to get to. Pump has issues as well . Pcs came broken . Overall set is not user-friendly. Would not recommend and will not buy again . Seller was not helpful and was quite rude when finally responding. Was shipped freight and we were not told of this. FedEx had issues delivering and was going to charge us extra for storage due to it. All and all a nightmare .

Led light remote stopped working for control of led modes , , not good for a shorter person disabled, beautiful tank but very hard to get set up properly and need ladder to reach decor and straightness, in all hav had nothing but DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THE WHOLE THING

I love the look, style, size, and the remote lightening with changeable colors. I’m not pleased with the freight delivery method at all. This method only delivers to your curb and not front door.

I watited 5 months for a review. I have 6 other tanks and 2 ponds. Over last 40 years, I have had over 30 tanks. I am an experienced fish hobbyist. This is the single most difficult tank I have ever had to clean and service. The set up is all wrong. It is unbelievably hard to change the water. The little box they have for holding all the elct units does not work. I cursed 5-6-7 times setting up the pump. And repeat it every time I clean the tank. PennPlax has to re-configure this. It is a stunning tank. This tank is only for devoted, experienced fish hobbyist. And then, patience. Forget that box for the electricals. Buy a 4 prong extension cord. And attached all your electricals to it. It makes it way easier.

there is a design issue. The water comes from the top and flow all over the floor.It is difficult to put new fish or access the tank from the topIt is too deep to access the bottom of the tank from the topVery weak and unstable top cover.I trust the box little too early and nowI don’t have the original packing box box else I would have returned this within the first week.Not worth the money.I wish I can contact the seller and return the tank and get my money back,

Terrible product. It took me 3 weeks to have them send me a critical filtration piece and once they sent it to me and I finally got it set up after navigating the poor instruction manual. The tank broke from the bottom once the water reached about 90%, thus spilling out about 50 gallons onto my carpet. I had to call an emergency company to come out and dry my floors so there wasn't any permanent damage. Currently trying to have the seller reimburse me for the $1000 it cost me in repairs. Would never recommend or buy from them again. Just go to a local shop and work with a Profesional. It's much more worth it.
