Using like material causes significant drag when opening and closing on stainless brackets. You have to hold the lever to expand or collapse. FIx: Need to Harden the pin to eliminate this. I put grease on it and no effect. I will try to polish the stainless surface to reduce drag. Make the roller pin from hardened (plated) steel. still 5 stars.

These brackets are well built and functional. The specific expectations, needs and installation should be thoroughly thought-out before moving forward. There are moving parts that once a shelf is installed can offer substantial force and should be used with care. A proper location and sturdy mounting surface should be used. This system can offer a convenient shelf in tight quarters where a shelf can be very helpful most times but can be lowered out of the way when more space is needed.

If you have a shelf that you do not need up all the time. I have two in my garage that I use for projects and put them down when not needed. This product holds good amount of weight and very well made.

Very sturdy shelf bracket, I used it to install a counter extension in my RV. I find that when the shelf is down and I am driving the bracket does rattle. That is why I only gave it 4 stars for my use. If in a stationary home situation this would not be an issue and I realize that this bracket was not designed for my particular use, I solved the problem by using a bungee cord to secure the bracket while driving.

Used to hang self inside laundry room. Had a small dent on one corner, probably from shipping. Other than that I’m satisfied with the overall product.

I got these to make a foldable desk and it works great. I don’t plan on putting a lot of weight on it but once they click in place they are super sturdy.

I will be mounting these on the outside of my horse trailer to have a fold down table. I think they are going to be just perfect.

Was almost expecting poor product as they were nearly half e Bay price but excellent quality - a bargain!!

Great for a folding table in my shed.Quick and easy to use when needed.And very strong and sturdy when in use.

Both brackets are not straight. Also the catch that locks the shelf stops the brackets from being flush to the wall when closed lossing 11mm of space.

These have been installed over a month now and are holding up a lot of weight.
