Got this product very quickly and when opened it was incredibly sticky. It was as if the whole item was dipped in honey. This surely was not right. I checked to make sure it could be installed and fit the 2020 model year. it worked and was easy to install. HOWEVER.. it was so sticky that it could not be used. I reported this issue to the manufacture and they responded right away and, within 5 days I received my replacement. This one was perfect. The back was not sticky (good), the front was just right to hold the phone in place (good). very satisfied and it works great as stated in the description. I would recommend, but make sure you open and test as soon as it arrives.

Highly recommend to new iPhone 12 Pro Max owners. I was so frustrated after receiving my new iPhone 12 Pro Max with Apple OEM leather case. The phone wouldn't sit and charge comfortably on stock Tesla model3 wireless charger. Unless you squeeze the phone in all the way to the bottom and manage to keep it stay there, the phone wouldn't charge after the vehicle makes turns because the phone would eventually move (even slightly), lose the power connectivity. Very frustrating. I researched a lot and many owners of new iPhone 12 Pro Max with apple leather case were having the same issue. This wireless charger saved me from misery. Money well spent!

The Taptes Wireless Charger arrived swiftly and was easy to set up, accommodating my phone case with no issues. However, it falls short in charging speed, barely maintaining my device's charge. While it offers convenience, it may not satisfy those seeking rapid charging.

I e went through three of these. All three have worked. All three came out of the box looking like someone threw up on them and tried to wash it off. I have tried to clean them, and it’s simply impossible. Warm water, soap, alcohol, etc, nothing gets it clean.So, just be aware that your new product will come out of the box looking incredibly disgusting, and getting a new one won’t change it.

This product exceeded my expectations! I wish I had discovered this a year ago! The OEM wireless charger in my Model Y (1st gen. center console) would not charge my iPhone 12 Pro Max with a case attached, only naked. The case's extra height was enough not to contact the charger coils. I tried charging upside down and with different cases, but the OEM failed to charge the Pro Max size iPhones. This Taptes charge pad works well and fits my phone with the case on! I can still close the console cover with the phone inside, and I even now have to option to charge in landscape or portrait mode. The Taptes will still charge two devices at the same time.

Much better than the one Tesla wireless charger. Actually charges the phones even in their cases! 1 point off because the first charger needed to be returned it had sticky stuff all over it and looked used, and the replacement arrived but the silicone pad where it charges the phones looks and feels cheap, scratches with a fingertip (not a fingernail). Will keep it for now, not sure how long it will last and hoping it doesn’t melt on a sunny day

This is slightly better than the OEM wireless charging pad: at least the phone enters the charging state - as indicated by the iPhone’s lightening bolt icon. But then this pad heats the phone up without increasing its charge state. It does seem to work more effectively when the phone is removed from its case, but that defeats my purpose for buying this: I bought this because I want to leave the phone in the case while it charges. It’s useless to me otherwise.

Easy installation and it did exactly as it was described, win-win for all.
