I was replacing a dingy old faucet that had lost its ability to lock on for flow - it could only be held on.The new item is finished well and looks great in my white kitchen. I installed it easily although I don't think it came with any instructions. I used some of my old tubing hardware to make it quicker to install. You may have to be careful to check beforehand that it is compatible with your existing tubing size. You also have to use mechanical common sense to know which rubber gasket or metal washer goes where.It delivers a huge increase in flow compared to the old unit as well as reaching further and swiveling where it is easier to fill different containers. And of course the both the momentary and locked on modes work perfect.

I wanted a separate, cold-water faucet to dispense filtered water from a new under-sink filter that I installed at the same time.When researching, I found that many similar faucets are cheaply made and look and feel that way. Not so this faucet. It is solidly built and an simple yet attractive design. It installed without a problem and works fine.Because the threads are not pipe threads, I had to use an ice-maker connector as an interface between the faucet and the compression connection to the 3/8-inch tubing from the filter. There may have been other solutions, but this one did the job.One helpful feature is that you can either hold the flow lever part way up for less than full force, or let it click into the full-up position for hands-off use.All in all, a very satisfactory purchase.

When I received this item, I could not find any mention of the manufacturer "Watts" anywhere on the packaging. Instead, the product was labeled as a Pureteck Co. Inc F-01 Series Non-Air Gap faucet. There was a sticker in the corner with the part number 116154 and standard brush stainless for the finish. My first contact to Amazon customer service led to them sending me a replacement, which was packaged exactly the same way. On subsequent contact, no one could tell me if this was the correct product, so they agreed to do a full review and eventually concluded that this was indeed the correct item.When I finally installed the item, I was impressed by the construction. The faucet and under-sink stem seem to be one assembly and are very solid. I bought this to pair with the Culligan US-EZ-3 filter and to replace the faucet included with that kit. I sure am glad I did. The Culligan faucet is far inferior in construction.Installation was straight forward and initial performance is what I expected. I don't see any reason why this faucet won't last a long time.

I have a wonderful RO system, but they installed a chrome faucet, and everything else I have is black. So, when it was time to replace my sink faucet, I shopped for a black RO faucet too. NOTHING at Home Depot or any of the other home repair stores in black. Found this here on Amazon. There was a "air gap faucet" and a "non air gap faucet". Now what's the difference? I have no idea! I called my plumber, he said all I needed was a 1/4 inch line that went to the faucet. It's odd because when I spoke to the plumbing supply, they told me I needed a "special" RO replacement faucet that cost $200.00. Really?? So I went without replacing it for a long time. I bought this one instead of the more expensive air gap one since my plumber only said I needed a 1/4 inch line. He installed it, and it couldn't be nicer. Works perfect. So, if you want to replace a RO faucet, this is the one!!! No need for a $200.00 faucet. I didn't have any of the problems I read about on other reviews since I would never mess around fixing my own plumbing. I hire a plumber!! My sanity is more important than the few dollars the plumber charges since he was doing other things at the same time. It is a gloss finish, not matt. I couldn't find that anywhere in the description.

1'm using one of these instead of the one that came with my new Culligan EZ-4 water filter system at home, and I've found that the Watts (116102 standard faucet) faucet is a lot better than the cheaply made one that Culligan provided.This Watts faucet model doesn't drip after usage either!It was a pleasant surprise to see that the Watts 116102 faucet has a continual "ON" running position too!Whether your using this faucet to replace an old one, or upgrade it from the one you have ... The quality you get at its iow price ...... you won't be disappointed! It also blends in well above your sink :)You should onsider purchasing this faucet to replace the one that came with the Culligan EZ-4 water filter system.You'll be "Glad" you did! Easy to Install! * Reliable - Durable - Cost Effective *Note: EZ- 4 Culligan Filtration System.You'll loose the feature of a light telling you it's time to replace your filter, but just know that the manufacture recommends times they should be changed and taste is another way to determine if its change filature time. So loosing this feature shouldn't deter you away from getting it. Enjoy!

Like others have mentioned, it certainly isn’t the most luxurious water faucet out there. However super easy to install and has been working flawlessly for the last couple weeks.

Unit delivered was chrome not brushed stainless.

It works fine and does the job. It is a bit flimsy but it works fine. Good value for the money. I hope it will last.
