It was damaged.
The baby gift was damaged at the lock. I was disappointed at the quality of the case. I returned this thru UPS in Iowa City. On October 31st. your refund says when you receive the item you would refund my money. I still have not received my refund. Thank you.

The item came packaged well and as described. I would say this is suitable for a newborn 0-3 months, if that. The items are cute but very small, so bear this in mind as the baby will not get too much use out of it. Was perfect as a short notice gift.
