ALL Around GREAT! The BEST thing is because it’s liquid it goes straight to the blood which means YOUR ORGANS ARE WORKING BETTER!! If you have teenagers this it should be in their diet’s Insistently Consistently AND Purposely (if their systems accept it)!! I tried it with my teen (16) and the difference is phenomenal!! I started slow, putting it in smoothies every other day without her knowing, then I shared with her what I was doing after a week when she shared with me “FIRST” that she had been feeling so good lately!! I broke it down to her why she needed it (food doesn’t have the same nutrients as yesterday; microwave, chemicals etc), THE IMPORTANTENCE nutritionally, hormonally, physiologically, ,psychologically etc in her teens!! So after getting such Good results I Added the Liquid Iron to the smoothie every Other Day, now her monthly’s are not as painful!! Plenty water, normal teenage day AND Most Importantly: Plenty Good Sleep AND REST!!

Horrible bottle cap
Good tasting. But please please do better with packaging and change the cap. I have bought this 6 times and the 6 times I have issues with cap. I'm ordering one more time if I have the same issue with cap I won't order again. Cap somehow at times gets difficult to open and I will go a day or two without taking it because I get tired and frustrated trying to open

Better than pills
This does make me feel better. I have low ferritin at 12 and have been taking this for a week now. It’s easy on the stomach and taste similar to kids medicine. I take this every morning before breakfast and I feel more energy even the day I forgot to take it. It’s better than pills
