So far so good with this awesome and affordable little gym accessory!I had been used a canvas strap and a metal clip for my T Bar type bent rows! But, I was looking for some thing with a more sturdy feel and adjustment capability. This it it!You can very easily position the clip into any chain link that you want to make it more comfortable for longer or shorter armed folks!This thing is simple, yet solid! In a day where “if you’re thinking about something and wonder if it’s out there or if someone has made one”… usually a quick search on the Amazon, will reveal the answer!… and in this case, I found just what I was hoping for and looking for!At a bargain price!!!

So I really was convinced that with the price being so low on these the quality would not be that great but I was definitely surprised the metal is much more heavy duty than I expected. The attached chains could be thicker but thar is easy to change out with a cheap trip to home depot. I would highly recommend these for the price they are almost as sturdy as my prx one and I paid almost 25 more bucks for that one.

Worked wonders on my barbell. I am now able to to multiple variations of rows. The chain is a plus if you're taller and don't want to bend down as far. You can't beat this for the price, especially for a home gym.

For the money, it’s a great value. If you’re like me and have 2” and 1” bars, a pool noodle works great on a 1” bar

It isn't expensive and I personally only plan on using it for one exercise so I'm not too upset. That said, it came with a pretty decent amount of rust right out of the box. Also it was packaged in such a way that had me thinking it was a returned item. But again for the price and use I have planned for it I'll keep it
