A great six-pack plus enough room for food too.

I’ve used a California Innovations lunch bag for a number of years. Unfortunately, it came with a custom sized plastic sandwich container and at Christmas someone used it to take some left overs home. I could not find another one the same size.So, I went In search of a lunch bag that a container I already had would fit properly. After reviewing the options on Amazon I chose this one.The container I have fits perfectly, along with the ice bags I’ve used for years. It’s bigger than I need, but that is the price I had to pay to get something that would hold the slightly larger container. The shoulder strap is a nice feature, though I don’t plan to carry the bag on my shoulder.The bag is made better than my California Innovations bag was and the liner inside is much nicer. The bottle webs on the size are a nice touch, as is the separate front pocket and the web holder under the lid.The only complaint I have about the bag, and it is not their fault, is that the handle on my California Innovations bag was along the back edge of the top, allowing me to slip it over the telescoping handle of the rolling bag I use for work. The handle on this bag is centered, making that impossible. So, I just wrapped the shoulder strap around the handle instead. Not as convent but it works.I would definately recommend the bag to anyone looking for a lunch bag with a good amount of internal room.

I purchased the large size of this lunch bag (The only options were large and extra large) and it does not stint on room.While it is probably too big to justify carrying for just one meal, it works great for me because I travel during the day for work, and this allows me to bring large salads for both lunch and dinner.I can easily fit two 7" x 7" x 3 1/2" tupperware containers stacked on top of each other and still have room for a soda and a salad dressing container to sit next to the tupperware on the bottom of the bag. Actually, I also can fit another can of soda on top of the tupperware, and a couple of ice packs. This is the first lunch bag I've had where I'm not cramming things in.This also keeps things cold longer than other lunch bags I've had as it's truly insulated. By the time I get home, after about 9 hours, things are starting to get warmer, but most bags only kept my things cold for a few hours - even with ice packs.The bag itself weighs about 13 oz measured on my food scale.I like the shoulder strap as it makes it easier for me to carry with all my other things, and the padding definitely helps. However, the strap does twist and turn and I have to take a few seconds to arrange it so the padding goes on my shoulder the right way.I think other reviewers have mentioned putting water bottles in the side netting. Personally, I think that would only work for light and small plastic water bottles (maybe the 16 oz?) and possibly not for long as the netting doesn't seem to be that strong; I feel it would stretch easily. But I have not tried it, and I won't as I use stainless or glass water bottles. I haven't used it for anything heavier than a strawI am in raptures over the color. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! The color is true to the photo on my computer.Cons:I would appreciate two zippers on the front compartment, as my lunch bag typically has to go on the floor, it would be nicer if I could open this compartment from the top; especially since that's where I put my utensils - since they don't need to be refrigerated.An actual 800ml water bottle (like the one by Klean Kanteen) container in the same material as the rest of the bag on the side would make this the ultimate lunch bag

This has been a great lunch box for me it keeps everything cool and most of all it's durable I've had it far longer than most of my lunch boxes and it's still works all the zippers the flaps the stitches everything holding well

Overall is good quality and fair price.

This bag is the perfect size for me to carry my lunch to work. I really appreciate the large front pocket because I can carry important items like my Amazon Kindle and not worry about it possibly being in contact with my food or drink. The side pockets are large and have an elastic band at the top so they hold smaller items, such as my office ID or my work cell phone, very securely. The shoulder strap can be adjusted to a wide range of lengths and it has a pad that easily slides along the strap. The handle on top is great for an alternative way to carry it. The only issue I have had in the first week I've owned this bag came when I put a hot glass container in it to carry back to my desk. I had microwaved a container of chili for 5 or 6 minutes and so the container was very hot. In the 1 minute it took me to walk back to my desk, the glass container was stuck to the plastic liner. I got it out before it damaged the liner but I suspect it is not made for hot temperatures. This is NOT a flaw in the design or the material. A minor adjustment I will need to make is to pack a small dish towel or some other cloth in the bottom of the lunch bag for when I pull a hot glass food container out of the microwave and place it in my lunch bag. Or I could try leaving the top of the lunch bag open when I walk back to my desk. Either way, I don't usually have to warm up my food for more than 3 minutes so I don't think it will be a problem most of the time. This is a great lunch bag for the price. It seems very well made and I am confident it will last a long time.

This is a large and well insulated lunch bag that will hold a medium sized Thermos with plenty of remaining room for a couple of sandwiches, some fruit and small snacks.The top flap is the same dimension as the bag itself, allowing for very easy access to the inside. The inside of the top flag features a mesh netting on the underside allowing for utensils and smaller items to bestowed without having to get thrown around the main compartment. There are also 2 mesh storage areas on either side of the bag's outside and a full frontal zippered pocket on the front of the bag. It also comes with a generous 3.5ft over the shoulders trap as well as topside carrying handle.The bag is double-stitched for strength and made of a durable outside nylon shell.My only disappointment with this bag is that it is a "soft form" bag, which is to say that it does not have any cardboard or plastic insert to help maintain the bag's shape.A good buy for the price. 3.5 stars
