Hinges worked just great. No more squeaking doors!

These are high quality and well made hinges for the price. The manufacturing and final finish work is quite good. The hinge action is ridiculously smooth and tight with just a little resistance to the action indicating tight manufacturing tolerances. A far cry from the sloppy wobbly hinges I’m used to encountering on the majority of interior doors I deal with.The only things I could find to maybe complain about if I was particularly grumpy today would be that one end knuckle on each hinge is visually slight skewed out of line. It doesn’t seem to effect operation at all, just an aesthetic complaint. Extremely minor though. The other is that the edges are a bit sharp from the graining process. A deburring would be nice but I doubt I could cut myself under normal installation practices. Neither of these issues are deal breakers by any means at all but worth noting for full review transparency. This is of course an example of one and your mileage may vary.

Replaced the standard hinges on a very heavy interior door with the ball bearing hinges and no more squeaking.

These are very sturdy hinges however they are thicker than the standard ones we previously had. So we had to chisel some of the wood down for them to fit properly. We were also missing a pack of screws but notified the seller and they were replaced right away.

Our house has MDF, (medium density fiberboard) closet doors and they are heavier than standard hollow core doors installed in many houses. The weight of the doors, I believe, caused our existing hinges to squeak very loudly due to the standard metal on metal hinge design. These hinges dropped in perfectly to the mortised pocket on both the door and frame.Two things: 1. Make sure to get the correct corner radius since there are different versions. 2. Mounting hole patterns vary by manufacturers, so check this too.In less than 5 minutes the squeak was completely gone. What a relief! I can't speak to longevity since I just installed them yesterday but so far I am happy with them.

The pin is not removable, hinge action is smooth and quiet. 1 to 1 replacement. Included screws are strong and did not strip.

Heavy duty. If using on new doors these are a great choice. If replacing existing hinges beware these new hinges could be thicker than the ones being replaced so the door may not fit into the jamb once installed. Some trimming of the door may be required.

Ordered these to swap out hinges on a solid wood door that were starting to sag and squeak and so far they seem great very pleased

Ball bearings, smooth motion

The hinges seem very good quality. However to install, you replace the hinges one at a time - since there is no way to take the pin out of the hinge.If you need to remove the door for any reason (for example painting) you need to find some way to hold up the door in place so the hinges line up to remove and replace the screws.
