Installed in a new construction bathroom. Love the look and utility of this shower system. Solid construction.

I'm just a DIY guy, and with little help from professor youtube, I managed to renovate one of my bath (see the before and after pics). The installation manual, in some instances, didn't seem clear to me, and I had to resort to the professor youtube and DIY forums for help. Each parts were packaged nicely in its own cloth pouches and then in its own foam sleeves. It was a 1st class packaging, and I was impressed. The package contained everything I needed, including tools, spare parts, temporary pipe plug, plumber's tape, etc. The parts are solid and heavy, seems well made. the only issue I had was a tiny slow drips of water from the shower head, which I notified the mfg, and they sent me a replacement cartridge in a few days that fixed the issue. Their support was quick to respond and fast shipping, I was very impressed considering they're in China. Overall, great product, great price, and great support. I will be buying another set for my other bathroom which I will be starting soon.

These shower heads (I bought 2 for a double shower) look great and dump a lot of water. They were pretty easy to install once you read through the directions. Only downfall with the amount of water that they drop is if you have a small tank you will run out of hot water quickly especially if you do 2 like I have. Next upgrade is a tankless heater.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this combination a year ago and it professionally installed. Love the look of the product. Looks great in my shower. However, after having it installed for about 8 months, my shower would randomly start leaking from the shower head and continues to do it. I sent a video to the plumber who installed the shower and he came out and looked at and tested water pressure around the house and determined that the pressure valve control unit was faulty and that we would need to be replaced. With having a year warranty on the product I emailed the manufacturer (IN CHINA) and told them the issue and requested that I have a new valve unit sent. My response back was. Prove it and the only way that they would replace the unit was if I took it apart, (Compromise the seals, and everything else.) find the faulty part (Like I would no exactly what I am looking for) and prove that the unit was faulty with a photo or video. Then be without a shower until they can send my a new unit if they determined it was faulty enough. Now I am having to spend another couple hundred to replace and fix there faulty unit with a completely different manufacturer who produces generic valve units. Hopefully that doesn't create a whole other set of problems. Once I get it replaced and can take it apart, I will send a pic and ask for a refund for the part. But I am sure I will never see that as well. Stay tuned.....

Wanted to replace the shower head in my MB remodel with a true rain shower but I was hesitant to buy this one because it was so inexpensive (on sale for $11) and maybe I wanted the 10" model. I finally decided to take a chance as this was an ultra thin design and I could always return it... Boy am I glad I did! When it arrived I combined it with a gooseneck extender and it just pours water down in a rainy stream for a wonderful shower. There is no constrictor so water just flows straight down in a steady deluge. I discovered that this 8" head gives plenty of water volume so I didn't need a larger one at all. Only slight negative is that the thin edges are not finished as nicely as ones costing 3-5x more so you will feel a bit of the welding if you run your fingers along the edges, but they won't cut you and realistically, how often has anyone every touched their shower head after they've installed it?Overall a great product that works better than I ever expected!

I love the look and how it works, but my plumber complained about how difficult the assembling process was.Used in a rental property so I don’t know how well it’s holding up.So far no complaints from renter.The hand held was great for washing my hair while soaking.I really loved the aesthetic’s of it. The price was reasonable compared to other places.

I bought one of these for my guest bath in 2018. I couldn't use my 12" rainfall shower because it weighed 6 pounds, and dangling from the end of the long 'lever' like arm, we worried it would break inside the wall.So I finally replaced my Master Bedroom shower, and was finally able to use my massive and heavy 12" shower head... to discover... that THIS 8" head worked and rinsed better, because it was the perfect combo of size to water pressure to coverage. I went hunting for this brand again (BWE) because I was so happy with the first one, and found it again here.The guest shower gets minimal use, so despite having it for 2 years, the occasional use doesn't give me a good idea of longevity. We do have a water softener, which may make a difference. No limescale, no water deposits to clog the outlets.That said, once again, I am fully satisfied. I think this is the perfect shower head size. If it rusts, at this price, it's still a steal if you have to replace it every couple of years. Replacement is pretty simple. Just unscrew old shower head, teflon tape the male end on the pipe (included with this head), and screw the new shower head on. No tricks or issues with installing, it's very straightforward.
