Bodno Matica MC320 Direct-to-Card Dual Sided ID Card Printer & Complete Supplies Package Silver Edition ID Software

I have so far had an amazing experience with both my Bodno ID Printer and the outstanding customer support from Byron! From the setting up the printer, it was clear it was a high quality and reliable machine. One downside is that although it states on the website that it works with both MAC and PC, the double-sided printing function DOES NOT at the time of this review work with the MAC Computers. I had to use my PC for this printing Machine, which was not my first choice. I however, kept the printer due to the exceptional technical support from Byron, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond to make sure my printer was running smoothly. He walked me through the set-up process, answered all my questions and provided clear instructions.

Straight forward set up instructions. The print quality is very good...and quick. The price paid was worth the cost for what this item has been purchased for. It does have some bulk to it, so you need a designated area to place it. Aesthetically, it is in line with personal preference. HID Proximity cards are needed to work with our security access system, but that was understood prior to purchase. Angelo reached out from Bodno and advised of their service if needed for troubleshooting, etc.

Support is a huge help. They picked up my call quick and Angelo was able to assist and determine that I received a faulty ribbon that caused a "No Ribbon" error on my printer. Great support team.

This is first time I am writing a review just to express how dissatisfied I am with this product.First, power cord was missing when it arrived I tried to explain it to customer service of Bodno but they asked me photos of boxs, every single item that came out of box which I already trashed away. Nevermind I ordered a cord cable, doesn't want to go spend 1 more min on top of 2$ worth of table.Second, print quality was so bad and it didn't print at dual sided. Printing always consumed a card and only printed front side to a card and back side to a new card. I contacted to customer support spend like a hour they even connected to my MacOS but pretty much they were having no clue about printer installation and drivers on macOS.I am definitely sending that printer back and will never use anything on Bodno brand anymore.

The support was great! I finally can print badges with a new printer!!!!

Byron is very helpful. He helped me resolved my software issue and explained everything. The printer is working fine and the support is awesome.

Angelo at Bondo did assist in getting things up and running. The product did not come with the duplex printing software, so that took some time to get.

FIRST off....For those looking for an ID printer, THIS IS IT! My experience with the Matica MC320 has been beyond excellent. My printer is Dual Sided. It fits in with my office, sleek and looking professional straight out of the box. I had to make a few calls to Bodno, not because I had a faulty product BUT I needed tech support to get this product working correctly. The calls were answered promptly and COURTEOUSLY, which is a big plus for me. REY, JOSEPH, ANGELO and JACK spoke with me as if I was the only customer. They gave me the time needed to hear what I had to say and assured me they would take care of the issues. They certainly did. On one call, I had the ribbon issue taken care of, promptly! I was happy. On another call, they remotely connected with my computer and updated the software. These guys are amazing! Ok, this review is about the product..... yes, I get it! BUT if Rey, Joseph and Angelo weren't there to get me up and running properly, I couldn't write a review so please pardon me while I praise their knowledge and efficiency. My first call to Bodno was with Rey. The saying goes, "First impression lasts!" My last call was with Angelo who did some updates and fine tuning to make my experience with the printer even better. These technicians are simply awesome!My MC320 is up and running "full throttle" and I am glad I bought this ID printer. The colors are true! No bleeding nor yellowing like some other printer stories I have seen in reviews. I can print either SINGLE Sided IDs or DUAL Sided without re-inserting the cards into the printer. My choice! I love it! This baby works! I am super pleased with the quality of the IDs I printed for our organization.... truly professional.You cannot find an ID printer of this caliber anywhere else at the price you see here. Trust me! Don't procrastinate... get it and call the tech guys at Bodno to help you set it up. You won't regret this purchase. I'm glad I didn't let anything negative hinder me from purchasing the MC320. Love, love loooooove my Matica MC320!
