Tiny tablets - easy to swallow
Vitamin B12 (along with B6 are best for energy). Almost every cell in the body uses B12. Besides helping form red blood cells, B12 converts fat and protein to energy. A B12 deficiency causes tiredness and anaemia This is the research I found out and it’s true - it DOES give you energy. I take it after lunch to prevent late afternoon fatigue For me it’s better than caffeine (which I’m allergic to). Highly recommend.
