Satisfying
Midnight Blue has the perfect texture, it pops well, has great flavor, and is very crunchy. We enjoy it, and it is our go to evening snack. I always pop it dry (meaning no oil, spices, or flavoring) in my silicone microwave popcorn bowl. Once it’s served in individual serving bowls, I season to each person’s preference. I will sprinkle with season salt, and/or drizzle melted butter over it. Sometimes I like it just plain, and the flavor is delicious all on its own.

Meh. had high hopes, but get yerself some big box Orville Redenbacher for bigger fresher pops
pops are kind of small. the small number of duds was acceptable, but the flavor was not super fresh nor amazing. maybe I got the last of the 2022 crop instead of this years. I might try again some day, but this popcorn was not the upgrade we were hoping for.

Oh wow the flavor
At first I was disappointed it didn't pop up big. But wow those little popcorn balls were bursting with flavor. It had a great texture. It was easy for me to make. I have a microwave popper and I put 2Tbsp in it and hit popcorn. I think it is a value because it takes forever for me to eat 2lb. I thought it was fresh. I only put a little salt on it. I don't think it even needed butter. I will buy this again. I'm putting this in my favorite things!Update...I took this to my friends house that was very sceptical since they use movie popcorn. I made it and now they asked me to buy them it for them. They loved the flavor and quality. He wants to try out a small amount and see how long it lasts before buying bigger amounts.

Not my favorite variety from Amish Country Popcorn
It's more of a traditional popcorn texture, chewy... But not as chewy as say movie theater popcorn, but definitely chewier than the Baby White. Popped is about the same size, if not a bit smaller than Baby White, but much more of a pronounced hull. I've made a few batches in a movie theater styled popper, and I seem to get a lot of old maids, nonpoppers, or uncomplete popped kernels. Has a more distinct/unique corn flavor that's subtle. I'd like to enjoy this more, but even with mixing it with Baby White, but it's noticeable that it's different popcorn, and it's just not as nice of an eating experience as Baby White.

No hull pop corn
Great popcorn, kernel a little smaller popped, no more hulls , getting stuck in my gums or my teeth also hardly any old maids and what you do get are chewable even with dentures!
