This item was recommended by my physical therapist. They use them at their office. I am so glad I purchased one for home use. I was diagnosed with tight IT bands and this helps relieve the tightness after doing my stretches at home. This tool has many other uses too. I use it on my lower back and shoulders which often get achy as well. I like that you can use it on yourself and reach all of those sore muscles.

The Premium Muscle Roller is a great addition to anyone's fitness gear. There is muscle roller available to members at my gym but it is not smooth and efficient like the Natures Sports unit. It is especially useful for rolling around the knee. Anyone who experiences knee pain might consider this roller. I have used it to relieve elbow pain as well. The price on this is reasonable, it arrived in short order and I would recommend to a friend.

I actually ordered two of the rollers. The first, I ordeee for myself. I liked it so much that I ordered one for my Pilates instructor. The product is well made and works as advertised.

Very happy to find this product at such a good price. I have problems with cramps in my upper thigh and this relieves them without having to use drugs or creams. I can use it all over my legs and it's very effective. Best product I've found in a long time to give such relief.

Might hurt yourself. It's not that good but also highly likely you get your skin or hair pinched between this design. It's very cheap in design as very obvious once you see it in person.

Was not really expecting much from this product with many viewings of videos, but my goodness it is really great. Manly use on my calves and thighs to ease out tight knotty muscles. Great for that IT band for those who know what that is. By applying your total weight accordingly you can vary the pressure without to much effort. Good build and looks like it will last a long time.

Nothing to dislike about this item; it’s so light you can take it with you anywhere. I have Haglund’s Bump and Achilles tendinitis and was advised by my chiropractor advised me to buy a massage stick. I chose yours and it’s the best thing I did

I have been very pleasantly surprised at how effective this tool is for relaxing stiff hamstrings. Also proving to be great for foot massage and building ankle and foot flexibility.
