No delivery issues. Did the job I bought it for and did it easily, quickly and faultlessly. Other reviews were 75% negative to terrible so I wasn't overly confident, but it was shockingly excellent even for an old unskilled PC man to use. Unfortunately it won't work in our XP towers that we purchased this for but did it load in windows 10. We are using this to convert AVCHD Sony camcorder files to usable format for Sony Vages Movie Studio. Yes, Sony camcorder files do not work with Sony Vegas Movie Studio. Go figure.Disk only allows 3 loads. Then your done.

AVCHD Video Converter: Edit and Convert Files. A Great program. It came in a box with other items, well wrapped and intact and on schedule. The installation on win10 was straight forward. I did have to take a second look because it gave me the option to buy, but I realize to just enter the very long key code to finish program installation and own it. If you just read the cover the disc comes in you would think this program just converts file formats from mts/m2ts to a different file format. As the Amazon.com page for this item says you have lots of original file, called input files that can be converted. And many files to convert too called output files here. For dvd films/videos just click on 'add file' button and from option folder/file select folder, go to the dvd or folder the holds the dvd movie/video and click on it and then click open. The avchd program will pick all the .vob files. Then click on converge to start the process.

It seemed to convert my files to mp4 and I was able to view and edit, but they would not play using other software. Was going to try uploading a video to internet, but then my virus scanner identified the program as containing known ransomware and deleted it !Obviously not going to take the chance of reinstalling it from the CD. So can't recommend it.

It does what it's supposed to do except it crops down your video. I shoot in 16 x 9 and it crops it to 4 x 3.

AVCHD Video Converter: Most all wed sites wanted around 40.00 for a program that coverts Video from MP4 into CD music MP3. This one was 20.00 and works EXCELLANT. Old School CD THANKS for saving me money.

I lost my expensive converter software to a computer problem and needed one NOW. This product arrived early, was VERY easy to install and update and converted my DVD faster than my previous expensive software. It is easy to use and can be used by any level user. This is a really good product!

Not much instruction on all the capabilities for editing movies, but the conversion process worked well and was pretty quick

Absolute doddle to install, you get 3 uses of it and after a bit of fiddling about you can work out how to use it - and guess what, it does what it says it can!Really good value in comparison with other options for sale, would like to find a manual for it though, to learn what its capable of.

I bought this from Amazon on February 26th 2017, it cost £21.98. I have had the disk in and out of the computer quite a few times since then, and it has never worked. On loading it tells you that this is a trial offer. However, there is also a 64 digit Code that is part of the the kit. But It won't accept this code, so it has never worked. Amazon said they cannot help.
