This is an inexpensive but stylish and very functional lamp - takes minutes to assemble, looks good on dark contemporary furniture. LED bulb is included, and the USB charging port is a nice convenience that most of us use every day. It is a bit snug to get your hand to the switch on the base of the light bulb mount, but that is a very minor comment given the overall package - I like it!

I recently stayed at a remodeled Embassy Suites hotel. What I noticed is that all the lamps were tasteful and complete with USB ports. I wondered if they were more common now for home use. So I went on a mission to find them around town. Not much luck. The ones I found were all very student-dorm looking. So I decided to look on Amazon and voila! Amazon sold these great looking ones from Brightech. I bought 2 different ones. One for my guest room and one for my family room. I love them and so do my guests. It is a perfect solution. By the way it gives off plenty of light.

I bought this for use on the nightstand next to the bed. I liked the compact size, and it looks decently nice. I have NOT used the USB port at all since I have a USB charging "station" inside the top drawer of the nightstand, so can't comment on that. I will note that the USB port on the lamp is innocuous and isn't blatantly obvious, if that matters to you from a decor perspective. Another reviewer commented on the awkward placement of the on/off switch and I'd agree it is kind of awkward in its placement and considering the smaller size of the lamp and shade. However I'm using the lamp with a Phillips Hue system/bridge, so once I screwed the bulb in, set the device up and connected it to the wireless hub, the lamp is now voice controlled so I don't have to deal with the switch at all. All in all, well worth the money for my use.

I was looking for a small lamp with the usb port and was a little worried that it would be bulky. It is light enough that it won't topple over and it looks great on my side table adjacent to the bed. Brightech also has great customer support as well. I received a nice e-mail from them making sure that I was happy with the product and if I was not satisfied they would make it right. No need, great product!

This is a nice lamp for a side table or night stand. I received one as a Christmas gift. My youngest (13) liked it so much, he asked for one for his room. Just ordered ANOTHER lamp for my husband's side of the bed. We are now up to 3. It really is the perfect little lamp for a nightstand. Good quality. Great price.. My oldest (22) decided that he needed one at his house for his nightstand. Well, this latest purchase is for his fiance's nightstand. Yup. I just keep buying them.

I like the simplicity and added charging port. Unfortunately it was shipped with two areas with dents.

Easy to put together and it came with the lightbulb too haha. No lamps I’ve ever bought cane with the lightbulb so I thought that was a good add in. It’s exactly how the picture looks but I didn’t realize how light the lamp is. For example, when you want to plug in your usb cord to it, it pushes it backwards until it hits a wall or you have to hold the lamp in place. Just a little annoyance for a second but then once it’s plugged in, everything is fine.

I love this lamp. It is very nice and I love the USB port in it for my phone. The light bulb although a nice white light, is very bright. Maybe even a bit too bright for a bedside table, but a new bulb solves this. Not a problem tho as some people will like the bright white light. The main downfall for me is the fact that the shade is so close to the base that you can barely get your hand in to switch it off or on. Also, I think they should provide the option of either side for the USB port so it can be used easier on both sides of the bed.
