Seems to be a nice winch but the handle was not machined properly.
The winch seems to be nice and works well after a little reworking to it. The handle was not machined out enough where it bolts onto the winch. I had to open the hole up a little on it to get it to fit over the bolt. After that it worked well.

Good value.
Nice part, entire frame is coated/ painted unlike most others. Not an ounce of lube on the whole thing-took mine apart on the bench and greased everything up-especially the axle bolt that holds the spool and the surfaces of mechanical bare metal parts. Should now double the lifetime of the device. Only engineering fail is that the gear dog for forward and reverse is not meant to rest in neutral, but does with a little patience. Otherwise, you must listen to 20’ of ratchet noise……. Overall, very happy with the purchase and the red strap is a good visual marker for the center of the trailer when loading up the boat!

I think the mistake was mine
I was wrong and this is too big for a jet ski trailer.

Had to drill another hole in the plate but no big deal for anyone with basic garage tools

Do buy! This is defective.
The hole where the handle bolts to is too small to attach. I have returned one and received another with the same issue. Also there is a crack in the bend of the handle that has to be welded. Poor quality
