Working great
Working great. Alarm is high enough. You get alarm notice in your phone at same time. It is little complicated to setup from machine but super easy from mobile app. For less money i think i got good enough security in my store

Complete and utter garbage!!!!
Absolute garbage! The instructions are not very clear and the app wants you to pay a subscription for calls and sms alerts. Set it up a few days ago and 3 of the sensors give an alert that the door/windows is open when they're actually closed. Alarm isn't triggered with away arm and the motion sensors cannot be found in the accessories menu in the app or on the alarm panels settings menu

No Security Code for System!
You have to set a keyboard lock to prevent someone from turning the alarm off. The down side to me is you have to enter the keyboard unlock every time you want to do something. There is no connection for a phone line. Not able to make calls over wi-fi so you have to pay for another cell plan to get the call if the alarm goes off.It is easy to install with everything being wireless.

This works great!
It was easy to set up. Everything was already programmed in, reaches a far distance and it's quick to set off the alarm when programmed right. I reprogrammed some of the sensors and set them up accordingly. The remotes help out a lot when either leaving the house and arm the system, setting the home feature on and disarming the system. Only downfall to the remote is it's too easy to press the buttons and will sound the alarm if you accidentally press the SOS button. The siren is really loud and could be heard outside the house, but will need to go out and get an extension cord for the siren to mount it somewhere else so it sounds better outside. I saw reviews about setting the alarm system up on cell network and saying you cannot get the IMEI number unless you take apart the system to get it, but i didn't have to do that. I got speedtalk mobile, set up the phone number and had it activated without providing any other details, put the sim card in, restart the system and now it alerts me through text or calls me on my phone if the system goes off. Once i get used to having the system and making sure i don't set the alarm off at random times, I'll be programming my local law enforcement agency to get alerted in case my house is not occupied for a long period of time and someone were to break into my house. Everything that i want to do with this system, i don't have to go to the system and i can control the whole system through the phone app anywhere i am. Only thing i cannot do on the app is control the notifications. It'll go off when system gets armed and disarmed when someone is coming or going. I showed my neighbors my system and sold them on the system. They will be buying the same system and getting them in and I'll be setting them up. Especially for my neighbor next to me that had his house broken into and all his stuff got stolen, so it's best for his house to get secured for when he is leaving the house for another vacation. One thing that sucks is the customer support. They no longer exist and their phone number is international, so you can't get in contact with customer support if you ever do need it. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this system and i do recommend this to anyone who wants to secure their house and make sure you search up speedtalk security sim on here and get the $5 sim card. No activation fee, no contracts and no cancelation fee. I'm going to be setting it up to the $30/bi-yearly, so i don't have to worry about paying it monthly or as often.

Read the instructions and it works well
Took time to learn how to set it up, but it’s easy to use when following the directions. Everything is in the box. Directions are detailed. So many features.

GSM Works Awesome... WiFi not so much
GSM/Cellular connection on 4G using the app to text commands worked very well. Both included motion sensors were defective. Included batteries were tested and functioning normally as well as replaced with fresh batteries but both motion sensors did not have any power. The app was downloaded and tried both methods many times to connect to the app to 2.4G WiFi as instructed without success. I even bought and configured a new 2.4/5G split router specifically for this system. The alarm connection internal WiFi was different from the expected one in the app which is a possible cause of the issue. There was no information in the manual but Easy Security was the app in the Amazon description. It asks to connect to XPG-GAgentXXXX but the alarm is broadcasting SmartLifeXXXX. I factory reset the unit 2 times and tried again with the same connection failures many times. If you just use this unit on GSM, it's a great unit. If you're looking for WiFi only, this will likely not work.

Disappointed
I’m very disappointed with this product unfortunately I waited a while to install it because I purchased separately 2 sensors and they last too much to be delivered so the time to return has expired. The problem is the alarm device detects the sensors a couple of times and then it doesn’t detects anymore , I thought it was because of distance but I put the sensor close to alarm device and the problem persist .
