I got this Owala FreeSip for my 6-year-old to use at school, and it’s been a game-changer. The 24 oz size is just right holds enough water for the day without being too heavy for him to carry. He loves the straw option, which makes sipping easy, and I like that he can also swig from it when he’s super thirsty. It keeps water cold all day, even through lunch and recess in the heat. The denim color looks cool, and the bottle’s tough enough to handle a kindergartner’s drops and bangs. The locking lid is a lifesaver no spills in his backpack! Only downside is it takes a little extra effort to clean the straw, but a quick brush does the trick. Highly recommend for school kids!

pros: Great water bottle! Keeps water cold for hours, 2 methods of drinking: upright via a straw port that doesn't cause pucker lines on your lips that make you look like a 20 pack a day smoker, or swig port - my personal favorite, and nice color options. Doesn't leak if you screw it on right, fits in cup holder.Con: I have to keep filling it up. 22 oz is small for me.Cavate: I knew it was small when I ordered it but wanted to test the "straw" port option. I hate a straw but love this! A review mentioned ordering a SS straw from Amazon to replace the plastic OEM one. I may do that in the future.

I love this Owala bottle! The built-in straw is a game changer and has me hooked for sure. The color choices are amazing. Worth the price as it is sturdy, keeps my drinks cold, and never leaks. Very happy with my purchase.

Honestly, these are the best. I bought the 24oz size and they fit in our car cupholders nicely and aren't too big/heavy for the kids. In addition, they're sleek and the simple design makes them super easy to clean, from the wide mouth to the removable straw. The best characteristic, however, is the straw/open mouth combo, which allows you to drink from your water bottle while driving but take larger swigs if you're particularly thirsty! Bonus, they keep water cold for days, literally.

This is the perfect water bottle. I have stories using my Stanley i love this so much more. It fits perfectly in all of my bags, and it never spills. The amount of water i can drink in a single sip helps me make sure I’m getting my max ounces! You can either tip it to drink or you can suck it through the internal straw! If you’re on the fence go for it. The color is also beautiful!

I have two kids size water bottles from Owala for my child, and I have one adult sized one for myself. I wanted to purchase in between size, and this one is perfect. Love the two ways to drink, either via sipping or the straw. Easy to take apart and clean. Great colors to choose from. Functional, high quality, easy to add ice, and easy for cleaning purposes. Highly recommend.

This is a nicely made water bottle that checked all of the boxes for me. I wanted a flip top, open mouth bottle preferably without a straw — this has the option to use or exclude the straw which is nice. Also insulated which is a plus. So far has not leaked — which is huge, because I’ve found that most bottles that claim they don’t leak actually do at some point. The lock feature is nice & convenient to use. My only dislikes, which are temporary, are the amount of sticker goop I’ve had to spend time scraping off & the smell when I go to drink out of it. It’s new plastic smell, which I get, but I do find it unpleasant as I’m bringing it up to my face for a sip. I imagine it’ll dissipate. Otherwise this is a great bottle at a reasonable price.

It is a great water bottle. It doesn't leak, easy to carry, and keeps my water cold.
