Takes a little time to figure it out, but then its great!
Got it several months ago on the advice of a fella that had one down the street and he swears by what it does for his feet and he's tried a few before he got this one. So I purchased it for me and the wife , we were even thinking her sister could use one but sometimes she's close minded to machines that say they do thing's that they don't,That is not the case here. My wife just set's it and lays back and enjoy's the pulsing in her feet and leg's, I can not use it because it say if you have a pacemaker it will disrupt the pacemaker ,so not for me,Darn!,I love that it make's my wife feel good ,that's what's important. thank you for this product.

I wish I’d bought this years ago
I have poor circulation in my feet and very little nerve sensation in my right foot after using this a few times my feet are warmer, I have noticed that the sensation has slightly returned in my right foot. Hopefully the improvement will continue with use. The remote control is simple to use allowing you to increase or decrease the intensity. I have only gone up to 40 so far as I use it more and more I shall increase the intensity. Instructions are simple to follow but I think that the more you experiment with it the more beneficial it will become. I tried my mother’s cheaper version and this literally knocks spots off of it. Well worth the extra money spent.

Very cool
Not your standard foot massager. As someone who lives in heels this really helps with healing my feet.

Well worth the money ... but with some suggestions for improvement
Well I bought this for my painful feet that no one or nothing seemed to help with. It was a last resort really. When walking, I feel like I have a huge blister on the sole of my left foot (I dont!) and my leg feels cold/hot ( difficult to tell which it is sometimes ) - it's pretty obvious it is a nerve issue. Whether it's neuropathy or some other high fallutin' name I dont know, but whilst it is not debilitating, it is painful and I would rather not have it.I left reviewing this machine for a while in order to see whether 1) it still operates and 2) whether is has helped with this issue. The answer to that is that 1) it still works fine, and 2) not yet. However, It HAS significantly helped with the strength of my legs for cycling, the general condition of my feet, and is so relaxing to use - it has the added benefit of reducing my wifes swollen ankles ( when I allow her to get on it, that is ! ).Of course, nerves dont regenerate very muc, if at all, so wasn't really expecting much immediately in that department, but I am more than happy with the machine and wouldn't want to be without it now. I am hooked!Suggestions for improvement? Well the stick on pads dont last long, but thats a minor issue. My main issue is that if you are using it on "auto" to cycle through the modes, it doesn't display which mode you are on, so if you like a particular sensation, you have no sure way of getting back to it in manual mode other than ploughing through every mode (25) . It would also be nice if you can cancel the bleep noises, which are pretty unecessary for every press of the remote control, particularly if you have to go to level 80 to get any effect.but all in all ... delighted with the machine!
