DK books never ever disappoint! There is so much content and so many beautiful pictures on every page. Our 10 year old grandson absolutely loved it!

I think this book is suitable for ages 7 to 10 years old. It is fun and interesting! A great book with beautiful illustrations!

This is a good book. Lots of pictures and interesting for children to read. BUT, I was giving it to a kid as a birthday present, but the book came ripped at the top of the spine. Looked like a used book. I didn’t notice until I was wrapping it.

This book is very reasonably priced and when presented at an early elementary age will spark an interest to hopefully find out more. I think American children are impoverished in the subject of history as well as most adults. This is a book to look at with your children and awaken everyone's interests to seek further and gain so much.
