I purchased this keyboard and mouse back in July 20, 2023. I really like keyboards that have that clicking feel to them this one does not, this is like squishy keys. I have had absolutely no issues with connectivity or anything. 100% it is a great value and a great keyboard and mouse. Pics included to show wear over almost 2yrs of everyday use.

It’s a great product! Just A message to everyone:Charge it right when you get it otherwise it may not function properly. The connectivity is good. Plus the instructions were helpful. There’s nothing more to say, it’s an awesome product!

The media could not be loaded. This is a very nice keyboard for the price point. Love the light effects, especially in a darker environment. Really helps to distinguish the keys alot quicker. Keys are very nice and sturdy, quiet, soft touch. My only complaint is my I key. As you can see in this video it is super sensitive. You can barely touch it and the screen goes crazy. This is the only reason i did not give a 5 star review. Otherwise the overall size and ease of use has been wonderful so far. Charged it for a full hour as recommended in the instructions. All the function keys seem to work, mouse responds well, could be a little bigger but that is no deal breaker. Has a nice sleep mode feature to save on battery life. Just touch a key to wake up. Smiple to install, plug and play for my laptop. No advanced configuration needed.

Works good. These seem to hold a charge well enough for a prolonged usage, but we will see how often I will need to recharge them (X amount of times per week). I purchased two 5ft high speed Type-A -> Type-C charging cables in order to charge both the keyboard and mouse simultaneously. I also used double-sided tape to mount my 5-port USB dock to a comfortable location. The shared adapter connects my keyboard & mouse with both desktop computers by utilizing a reversible 3-port USB switch. The keyboard has only one LED setting, but the mouse has multiple settings (changed via a button on the bottom of the mouse). The mouse is not as appealing as my old mouse, but it fits comfortably in the hand. The keys on the keyboard and the mouse buttons are silent. Also, typing numbers is much faster when using a Numpad than when using the number keys above QWERTY. This keyboard includes a Numpad.I am assuming that longevity of battery life is achieved by giving both the keyboard and mouse a full charge before first use, by giving them both a full charge before continued usage rather than using them while plugged in (it's good to have a backup keyboard/mouse to use while these are charging), and preferably by draining the battery to 0% before charging to a full charge.5 stars, for now.Also be mindful of the WIN and MAC keys at the top of the keyboard between F12 and PrtSc. Pressing either one alternates between certain keyboard functions for either Windows or Mac OS. I am using Windows 11 and I therefor must be careful not to press the "MAC" button, otherwise I must again press the "WIN" button. It is also strange how the LED's above the Numpad are labeled, "WIN / Num" and "MAC / Caps". When "WIN / Num" is green the LED doesn't change colors when pressing Num Lock, but when it is red (after pressing "MAC") Num Lock turns the "WIN / Num" LED from black to red. Likewise when "MAC / Caps" is green, caps lock does not change the color, but when it is red (after pressing "MAC") the Caps Lock key changes the color from black to red.

BEWARE!This keyboard worked like a dream when I first got it: keypad quieter than a Lamborghini, cute rainbow effect, and easier to connect with USB than I’d ever seen.It is now seven months later of daily office use (Monday through Friday, 9 to 5) and the keyboard is failing. One week ago, it started skipping keys until it gave out altogether without any low battery warning in the beginning of the workday. I could not get it to reactivate, no matter what I did (plugging it in, etc.). I took it home and it seemed to be a battery issue, where I had left it too long to recharge -- even though the indicator light had never popped on. As long as I kept it on the wire, it seemed willing to work.And then today. It's connected by wire to my computer and started skipping buttons before dying altogether -- even though it is connected by wire!Too much money to pay for only seven months of relatively moderate use. Lightweight machine.

Perfect size & the battery like is awesome, the keyboard blinks when it needs to charge, which is wonderful. Both the the keyboard & mouse are quality made & great value for the money. I love all the keyboard colors & the light effects on the mouse, so cool. I think it’s super cool that you can use it with Windows or Mac & have the same functionality. The keys feel fantastic under my fingers & due to the volume or work I perform, that is essential. I am a very satisfied customer.These days, customer service, true customer service is scarce so I have to acknowledge when I experience it. I love this keyboard & mouse so much & when I contacted customer service to check on something & they responded so fast and Cara went way above & beyond.
