I love that this lamp is a floor tap on/off switch. Tge functionality is great. I love all three light settings, I choose one based off my mood for the evening. It's super sturdy and easy to put to together. It's the perfect size for my reading corner and offers the perfect amount of light to the room.

After receiving this lamp in a small box, I thought it would be a cheap product. I was so surprised how well made this is, it has a very sturdy heavy base and looks great. It came well packed and even included it's own bulb! Great value for a good product.

I needed a lamp for my office because the overhead light is too bright. I wanted something dimmer and this delivered. It's good mood lighting and in general easy on the eyes at night if you are working on your PC. Also I really just love the inner foil color of the shade and the twinkling effect if you are walking around it.I'm not fond of the floor switch, but it is what it is. I'm also not exactly thrilled with the quality of the shade, but it was stupid easy to put the whole lamp together so I can't argue that. If you don't screw the post tight enough, it will bow. So make sure when putting it together that everything is tight.Other than that it's a good lamp.

Well engineered lamp, easy to assemble and very well packaged. Very good price too. The assembly of the shade is very unique and well made. This is a good buy.

I use this for crafts, it's nice and bright and is not hot.

The assembly of the pole parts and attaching them to the base is straightforward. The lampshade is a little more tricky, as it must be wrapped around a metal form and secured with Velcro strips and plastic buckles. When assembled, the lamp measures 61 inches high at the top of the pole, and 63 inches at the top of the arch. An E26 LED light bulb is provided, but it's only 15 watts. I purchased this lamp to boost the lighting over my piano when I practice, but the 15-watt bulb is not helpful, so I replaced it with an LED 100-watt-equivalent bulb, which makes it brighter. I like the weighted base with the foot pedal power switch. It's not a designer piece, but it's useful. [UPDATE: A few days later, the lamp overheated with the 100-watt bulb and shut itself off. I changed back to the 15-watt bulb that was provided with the lamp, and it works fine.]
