This was such a great bang for buck purchase for my daughter’s black light glow party. There are several neon garlands that are so simple yet so high impact and perfect under black lights. We had the best luck with using thumb tacks to hung them from the walls and most of our decorating was done! I combined it with a separate happy birthday banner & pack of plates/cups etc and had everything i needed.

These are light weight and easy to hand. They twist and turn in the breeze so the effect is magical. We used these in a “glow room” for our fall festival at school and they were great.

My family and I used these streamers and bright decorations for a glow in the dark party and they worked wonderfully! My kids loved using everything and it was good quality for the cost. We stood out at the party and had so many compliments. Would definitely recommend.
