We spent hundreds of dollars adding 100 amp to be able to use our pool longer and now it will only stay on for about 15 minutes then we get a FL code and the heater trips and shuts off.

Avoid at all costs!!!
You can’t find it anywhere in the description but this heater requires 100 amp service, which unless you somehow have a extra 100 amp breaker in your box, don’t bother looking you don’t adding one & running the required gauge wire & other necessary materials can run $1000’s or more. Who would think spending 3-4 times the cost of the heater to simply wire & not install which would be additional on a $1000 heater? It would be nice if the manufacturer mentioned the 100 amp requirements somewhere in the description to save customers both time & $. If I could give it 0 stars I would but they make you give at least 1, but I’d rate it at zero if I had the option.

Read the spec's.
The specifications say it's 24,000 watts. 24,000 watts divided by 220 volts is 109 amps. Don't fault the manufacturer for not doing the math. Most people don't have an extra 109 amps to spare in there electrical panel. But the real problem is, the spec's say it's 3 phase. Residential electric is single phase. Unless the 3 phase is a typo, the power company is going to need to run new wires from the power pole to your electric panel and your electric panel isn't compatible with 3 phase. I don't intend on buying this heater. The heater is probably a really good heater, just not for home owners trying to heat an already installed and plumbed pool.
