Well designed. Reliable.
This kitchen faucet is a huge upgrade for a 14 year old kitchen. The original fixture was a pretty cheap "builder's grade" setup. The replacement was simple, not that expensive and has a quality look and feel. The pull down design, spray and boost functions are all good features. Moen makes great products and backs them with quality service.

Very easy install, looks great
Used this for a kitchen remodel in a rental property. Installed it myself 30 minutes or so onto a granite counter top, the quick connection make it pretty easy. The faucet looks great and works great - no problems at all.The only 'negative' was the waterlines are a little long and the nuts are a little small. Took a little bit to line up the water lines with the shutoffs due to the length and the small size of the nuts/line in comparison to the older sink/faucet we had - not a huge deal though. The soap dispenser is just one thing I am not sure how much we will use. It is a pain to go under the sink to disconnect it to refill - so not sure how much it will be used long term - however its a nice-to-have and made the kitchen look nicer than having a dawn bottle out :)Would purchase again

Excellent product, especially for the price point.
Excellent product, especially for the price point. We purchased two of these when we redid our kitchen, one for the main sink and the other for the prep sink. My wife must have dragged me to three or four specialty shops around our area and looked at a number of faucets that cost two to four times as much as these. After careful research we found reviews of these Moen Haelyn faucets to be superior in general to the fancier (or just more costly?) versions. Its funny there is such a widespread perception or outright myth (?) that the super expensive faucets are inherently of higher quality. We bought these instead to save money that we put towards upper end stone for our countertops. 9 months after installation we still love them and believe them to be at least as attractive as any other faucet we saw.

IN ALL SETTINGS IT MAKES MORE NOISE THAN ALL THE MANY MOENS WE HAD IN THE LAST 60 YEARS
IT WORKS WELL AND HAS A HIGH-PRESSURE BUTTON THAT DOES PERFORM.WE ARE GUESSING THAT THE AIRATION SYSTEM IS MAKING ALL THE NOISE AND IT DOES CHANGE WHEN THE DIFFERENT SETTINGS ARE USED TO FORM STREAM OR MULTIPLE SPRAY ETC.FINISH AND QUALITY ARE EXCELLENT AND IT MEETS THE STANDARDS WE HAVE HAD FOR DECADES.ONE ODDITY WHEN PRESSURIZED (WATER PASSING THROUGH) AS YOU SWIVEL LLEFT OR RIGHT AROUND IT RETURNS TO ITS ORIGINAL LOCATION. WHEN OFF IT MOVES AND STAYS WHERE YOU PUT IT.

A very nice faucet with a helpful light
I was looking for a replacement faucet for my partner's kitchen and they were drawn in to this one by the light-up temperature feature. It seemed a bit gimicky, but I went for it because they liked it. The faucet has turned out to be great - so great that I bought one for my house too.The action on the handle is smooth, with a clear distinction between temperature and flow. The total output volume is great and the boost button is super helpful for filling pots & our hot water dispenser. The spray is nice and strong, which makes it useful for cleaning. The temperature light seemed gimicky at first, but it's actually really useful. I didn't realize how often I switch between hot and cold water, and it's great to be able to put your hands in only when it's warm. I also use it for prepping a hot water cup for warming a baby bottle, letting me get the temperature right without needing to get my hands wet.Overall, I'm very happy that both my and my partner's kitchen faucets are now this one.

Great faucet. Looks great. Relatively easy installation.
Sleek faucet replacement for a kitchen sink. Takes some time to instal. Expect to be on your back under the kitchen sink. They provide a tool which will allow you to unscrew the old faucet from the bottom. (At least it fit mine). Follow the instructions and you will have a new look in no time.

Mostly a non-product use review (which I normally do not read)
Admittedly I have not used this faucet as of this date. It was originally purchased about a month ago, and after returning first one received, ordered a like kind replacement. It was just received and installed yesterday. The first faucet I purchased from Amazon was shipped in an Amazon box and properly protected with their standard brown bunched up shipping paper. Inside the Amazon box was the original faucet inside the manufacture"s properly protected carton, as you would expect if you bought it at a walk-in retail store. However, when I opened the manufactures box to inspect all the parts, prior to installation, I found that Moen had included the wrong plastic washer that goes between the base of the faucet and the countertop. It was obviously too large and protruded about an 1/8" around the faucet, making it look unprofessional and obviously wrong. In addition the instructions state to make certain the indentations on the washer fit in the tabs inside the bottom of the faucet. The indentations were located at 12, 4, and 8 (as if it were a clock). The tabs inside of the faucet were located at 12, 3, and 9. No way it would fit in any manner. It is inconceivable to me that Moen would insert the wrong main washer in the bag of required smaller parts for this faucet. As with any mechanical product there is a large paper stating "If you have any installation problems do not return this product to the store. Call the Moen Help Line at 1-800-***-****. I called this number on 4 or 5 occasions. On three calls I received a message of the estimated wait time. The least time I received to talk with a customer representative was 241 minutes, over 4 hours. I then called as late as possible and received a message that the wait time was 12 minutes. As I waited I received "updates of the estimated wait time". Each time it increased by about 3 or 4 minutes. In my opinion, Moen is not interested in providing any assistance or problem help via the phone as they instructed. Each time a message stating that most questions could be found on the Moen web site. I did go to it and no option was listed. Very poor Moen service. When the replacement faucet was received, via common carrier, from Amazon I happened to be talking with my neighbor on the porch. The driver handed me the faucet, which was not in any type of Amazon packaging, just the original manufactures box, again as if bought in a store. The box was totally open and any part of the contents could have been lost very easily. It had no type of secure packaging, not even a single piece of cellophane tape. I mentioned it to the driver and he said check to see if all the parts were there and left.Immediately I contacted Amazon, via Chat, as they now make it difficult to obtain a phone number. To shorten this too long of a review, the Amazon representative obviously did not read my full explanation of the product. He did not care about the problem, stating I should have read the site that said certain large items (which this was not) would be shipped directly from the manufacturer, so it was not Amazon's fault, it was mine. We went back and forth and he made ridiculous statements which in no way addressed the issue. I tried three times to print the chat and was unable to do so. Eventually I just ended the chat.
