it’s cute sized, the pages are not numbered so you have to number them yourself and then make the glossary which i found odd.and not to mention the recipe side is the left side of the opened book. It’s a little odd to write in. But it’s ok.

Ordered this for my son that started showing an interest in cooking, and he got a laugh out of it.Pluses:*Great amount of space for recipes*Table of contents in the beginning of the book*Space for notes in the beginning and after each recipe entry*Page in front with a box for a name/an inscription*Paper is a solid weight and won’t smudge, great for a beginner’s recipe bookOnly negative I can think of- like others mentioned, the cover had some smudges on it (not sure if it came that way or if it happened after we’d handled it). Really didn’t bother me since it’s not meant to look fancy.

I bought this for my daughter. She wanted me to write down my recipes. I love the setup for each recipe and that you can put pages so you can find what you want with out going through each one. It is small. So you need to write little if it's a lot of steps making the recipe. but overall it's a great item.

Like other reviews said, there were smudges on the cover that would not wipe away. I also agree it’s tough to write in if you are right handed. But I ordered 2 of these for my son & daughter & I did like that there were plenty of pages for what I needed. 4 stars only because of the smudges.

The cover is a different type of paper that got grease marks when I touched it. Nice paper on the inside.

My 28 year old daughter who lives out of state is always asking me for the same recipes over and over. She’s got a bit of a potty mouth (but in a classy way) so this was perfect. I couldn’t believe I found something so perfect for her. I wrote the main recipes she asks for and she can continue to write them as she needs. We both loved it.

I hand wrote all their favorite recipes in the book and gave it to them for Christmas. My sons loved them!

I really love the title of this book 💕 using it to put my personal recipes in it for my daughter and some favs from other cooks 💕

This book cover is easily marked up, there looks like a small footprint smudge on the front.

I guess I should've looked at the dimensions. It was much smaller than I thought. Great book though.

Bought it for my son. Not girly at all for him. Lots of room to write recipes. I think there's room for 52 recipes. Would purchase again
