"some assembly required" - not for the faint of heart do-it-yourselfer
The 20" unit is hard to attach especially for just one person. It feels as robust as what I would want for a commercial installation, but the flexibility for which I chose this creates havoc when trying to install it without any assistance. It took a lot of thought and effort to figure out how to support the unit while attaching it to the ceiling mounts. I was adding a free standing rail below floor joists so could attach it to the rail before lifting it. I could only image the difficulty attaching something so flexible and heavy to an existing ceiling might create. The unit comes with plenty of clips (bottom and side attachment). but I bought a box of wood screws since this only comes with drywall anchors. The clips can not handle the twisting force resulting from any loss of control during installation. They are designed to handle approx. one foot worth of the total load (which is adequate for even heavy curtains).Overall, the flexibility was perfect for even tight bends. And it seemed well enough built that I could easily see using it in a commercial setting such as a hospital treatment area. Consequently, I would recommend it.

Complicated
The track is a very hard plastic that came wrapped in a circular manner. Once I unwrapped it and tried to flatten it out it was near impossible to get it to lay flat. I used the heat from my blow dryer and still it was wavy. Once installed (on the ceiling) which was an option, it looked cheap and wavy and as fast as it went up, it came down. I went back to traditional curtain rods and I’m pleased with the rods. There are different curtain tracks that would look really good, this is not one of them. Do your research the one where the ball track is in the middle is the best one to go with. Not this don’t waste your money. I threw it out and ate the cost.

Incredibly difficult to install alone if using a long length, but seems sturdy enough once done!
I used two 20 foot rails to accomplish the effect seen in the pictures: a full coverage around an entire bedroom, which allows the two tracks to meet and the rollers to seamlessly transfer between as needed. I could have potentially made the track entirely circuitous if I had ordered just a bit more, but that would have been unnecessary. My goal was to wrap the room, except for the doorway, with a curtain pattern as shown; sort of like a draping wallpaper effect. These rails absolutely helped me reach that goal! My biggest complaints with them, however, are they are extremely difficult and tedious to install if working alone (which I unfortunately was), and that the little tabs that hold the rail to the parts actually screwed into the wall can damage the weak plastic of the rail and weaken the hold, which does have me concerned about how well this will hold up over time... but for now, I am happy with the end result!

Either TOO durible or EASILY BROKEN
I bought one system in September.Too Durible: the steel encased in the plastic is so stiff out of the box, it could take two people to mount. One to secure track to the fasteners and another to uncoil and hold the remaining track flush against the ceiling.Easy Broken: the plastic that surrounds the steel beam chipped and even snapped in two.I have another still installed hanging in there. But its too late for the return window so i had to end up throwing away the first.

Prefect for what I needed.
Just what I needed but getting it up took longer to install than i like. If you plan on buying. Would differently straighten it out on floor before installing.
