Our toddler (age 3) has wide feet. In sneaker-type shoes, she wears a 7.5 wide, and they're getting tight. We got an 8 in these. They fit a little oddly in the back—the sole forms kind of a ridge, instead of the back of the shoe coming straight down. Kind of like when shoes are too long, except the excess is in the heel here instead of the toe. It might just be the fact that our kid's feet don't conform to standard sizing.In any case, it does seem to affect the comfort or mobility. The stretchiness and hook-and-loop tab make them easy to get on and off. You can even manage pulling them off without opening the tab, but somehow they don't come off with running and playing. I also like how the toe curves upward slightly to help avoid trips.These are currently the favorite shoes and have been used for running around on several playgrounds in the short time we've had them. Great for climbing.They get filthy looking quickly, but I can't take off any points for that, since it applies to pretty much any shoe with a white sole. I have had to wipe mud off of these and they do clean fairly easily, and the mesh dries more quickly than other standard materials.

The material of these shoes make them very good for my walking toddlers, as the stretch with the movement of their feet. The tip of the shoe is also really wide which is nice that it is not scrunching up my babies toes. They stretch so you can slide them on but are snug enough to not fall off super easily when the babies are running. Great value, not too heavy, the material is breathable so it doesn’t make their feet sweat too much and they don’t mind having them on. They don’t like most other shoes so these must be comfortable. With socks I would imagine they are plenty warm without making for sweaty feet!

These were the only shoes that my toddler would want to wear. The only downfall was they tore easily and stained even easier. I tried to get the stains out, but nothing would make them budge. They tore near the velcro straps and made them impossible to wear after a few months. She loved them and seemed comfortable in them, so that is what mostly matters.

My daughter started walking earlier than my first born, so we needed to buy her some shoes in a pinch, but these are perfect. She just turned one year and the size 3s fit great, the soles are flexible and they look very cute on her!

Love these shoes. Easy to get on and off! Even with a little who likes to curl their toes.

Not sure why this has such great reviews. The sole of the shoe is nice and flexible, which is great, but the material itself is incredibly stiff. The opening had very little stretch, I couldn’t even fit the toes of my son’s feet in. The material was very thick, which would likely hold up well, but was scratchy and stiff. The white material along the toe gathers every bit of lint, dust, etc. if you have a crawler

Loves these little shoes. By son had a hard time tripping with others but doesn’t have that. I think the thickness and quality. My son seems very comfortable in them.

These shoes are very wide. Won't stay on baby's feet even with thick socks.
