Works best after I contacted the seller
Revised revied(skip to end) Bought this while my bathroom was being remodeled. Had it installed and put in inline filters to prolong the life of the rain nozles and 2 weeks 25 would not even drip. 35 days and over half now do not work. But now waiting on the install, my return window has expired.Contacted the seller and all I had to do was take a rag and brush the shower outlets. They are silicone and move around easy, disloging all the trapped buildup. Fixed every spray nozle.

Completely unacceptable for $900 and not even used.
Bought March 2024, haven’t even finished shower install in a new addition so it hasn’t been used in the last year. Main water throughout the new addition was off for winter. Turned it back on and water started spraying from here.

Need a replacement control valve, provided Doozoler with photos and just requested the part number so I can order. They will not help without an original order number, shouldn't matter where/when it was ordered, just tell me the part number!

lasted 3 months
The media could not be loaded. the instructions are small you need a magnifying glass to read, overall the concept is great if everything works, but if there's ever a problem you're going to have to rip the tiles out to repair. occasionally the shower head drips & leaks. so now after 2 months of use ill push button to turn on it wont go on as of this moment the only one that works is the shower wand. there is no customer service support from doozoler to see if they can correct the problem .now the question is who's going to be responsible for repairing the tiles & install a new one. the labor is going to cost a lot more then the shower system itself when buying my biggest fear from a unproven companys product is that its craftsmenship and how long its going to last in this i got 2 months out of it before it broke!! ill update as soon as i hear from support .update 12/23/24 never got a response the first time but the shower after a day mysteriously went back on now few months later it happened again. Hopefully Amazon will help me get this resolved to get a new shower body.
