I bought this to replace an existing cover that was sun rotted, this is much better material and the vent in the top is a nice bonus, this stays up all the time, I like the fit, we’ll see how it goes this summer in Phoenix!

Well made.... PERFECT fit for 10x10.

Fit's our FirstUp 10ft frame. Actually a bit too big.Was easy to put on. All points of contact to the frame have added protection which the original cover didn't have. All the straps, and velcro line up perfectly.Is a good quality cover.Now the bad.It leaked the very first time it rained. Water all over. All the seams leaked. There are little holes in fabric that I can see light through along any of the sewn seams. I am going to try waterproof spray, and see if this makes a difference.Also with it being a bit over sized there were some low sagging spots that water collected.Aside from that, It does a great job at keeping out the sun. Decent replacement for the price.

I have one of the original First Up gazebos, and this was a perfect match for the frame. My only other observation is that the new one is an inch shorter on the bottom edges. Wonderful product and money well spent.

Needed to replace my pop up canopy - 10 x 10 straight leg, easy-up by another manufacturer. After several years of use it finally tore during a windy night (had it set up in the back yard). It finished the season but i finally sent it on its way.This is so much better than my original canopy, it has a vent on top allows wind and heat to flow though out; it also is screened. Don't have a measure of thickness but it seems thicker than my original manufacturer's canopy. Corners have velcro to attach to the frame on the inside and have tie down attachements at the corners - haven't use them so I'm not sure of length. I use weights to anchor my canopy down. Good waterproofing, it sheds water well, I've hosed off bird droppings every easily. Attaches easily to the frame with velco wraps; has reinforced areas (second layer) on the canopy where the frame joints bend when collapsed - this was where my original canopy tore.It will collapse with the frame and fit in the original canopy manufacturer's travel/storage bag.Got the silver/grey, thought the black might absorb too much heat and didn's want the white one.This is great for getting outside and enjoying the backyard on sunny days.Would buy again when needed; great way to still use that old legset, as long as it's in good condition.

Although the top looked like a good replacement for EZ-UP tops, the height was much lower and didn’t fit work for my frames. Easy to return.

I want to start by saying just how impressed I am with this canopy. This is the third canopy top I have used and the first from this brand. I am sticking with this brand from now on. My first was a Coleman that ripped fairly quickly. Second was another brand that didn't last long. We have this company top on a frame positioned on our back deck for the summer. We live in a bit of a wind tunnel especially in the summer we encounter almost nightly thunderstorms. This canopy has handled the high winds and rain perfectly. Earlier this summer a thunderstorm destroyed the frame this canopy was on but not one tear on the canopy. It still looks great, is easy to install and we just popped it into another frame. Very happy I found this.

Purchased to replace an Everbilt (Home Depot) canopy that had ripped. It is not a good fit for that frame, too loose and sags badly.2 issues with this item:- It is absolutely not waterproof and is only water resistant for a brief time. Within an hour of intermittent rain the top had soaked through and was dripping from all parts of the canopy.- The corner tightening straps shown in the description are not on this canopy.

Queda un poco apretada en la carpa quick shade, pero es útil y la calidad es muy buena con refuerzos de tela y costura dónde deben de ir.

Es de buena calidad. Lo compre para reponer un toldo de la marca Coleman. Y la verdad este tiene un mejor acabado. 👍🏻Quedo justo.Estoy conforme con el producto.Definitivamente volveria a comprarlo.

La ocupe para sustituir el toldo install canopy de colman y le queda bien pero demasiado ajustado aun si es un buen sustituto . Por otro lado lleva 2 meses de sol intenso y aún no se ha roto . No puedo darle las 5 estrellas por lo de que queda demasiado justo pero vale la pena
