Sturdy, But incomplete assembly instructions. Awesome customer service!
Pros: Right size for my needs, sturdy, no flat tires. Versatility for several different uses. Not a bad price for what I priced elsewhere. All the parts were shrink wrapped in a pouch with labels. You Tube video is helpful, but it doesn't tell you the part numbers of the nuts and bolts, just an overview of the install.Cons: Reason for 4 stars not 5. Incomplete assembly instructions, one whole step was omitted for the rear axle assembly, but it was easy to figure out. Front assembly wheel axles were installed backwards, had to take them off and switch them. Wasn't hard to do, but an unnecessary step. Instructions for some parts were not descriptive enough as to orientation of direction of install and the diagram was lacking in detail for those parts. Just added time to my install to figure out how those parts went on.Misspelled word in instructions, step 4 is spelled Installd instead of Install. Company name is Bilthard USA, but the box says made in China. If your product is made in China, you name should not indicate USA or at least put that in the description. Not unusual these days, but that is not mentioned in the description. Not a biggie, I would have bought it anyway. They need to correct the assembly instructions to add the rear axle assembly, correct orientation of parts and correct the misspelled word.Overall, I am pleased with the cart. Update 12/5/2023: I had an issue with the tread falling off one of the tires after just a few months. I contacted Bilthard and even though it was out of warranty they said they would send me a new tire. I got the package yesterday and they sent a whole new cart! I contacted them to see if this was an error and CS service told me they didn't have just a wheel to send so they decided to give me a whole new cart. Their page says they stand by their products 100% and they do, now that's customer service!

Great little garden cart
This is a sturdy garden cart. It's a little smaller than some of the others, but I appreciate that because I have a small yard. The bed dimensions are about 17×34 inches. It's well built and easy to assemble. I did add a few extra washers at key locations and a tubular aluminum insert in the steering pivot because it was a bit loose as built. The airless tires are hard plastic so very low rolling resistance, but I think they should be made of softer rubber to roll more smoothly over paver stone walkways, gravel, and the like in our yards.

Love it
Handy, durable makes life a little easier. Not to bad to build, directions were adequate.

Great Cart for moderately heavy loads.
Nice cart with plenty of strength for heavy loads. I have had to pull it through soft sand with 120# or so loaded. With smaller tires if would have bordered on impossible. With these tires it is still a chore but you can get the job done. The ginger down/removable sides are a real plus.

A must have for yard work
Relatively easy to put together. They really need to put larger, clearer graphics regarding orientation of parts. Took me a couple of tries to get them on right. Good thing I don’t tighten bolts until I know everything is placed correctly. I have a house toolbox and had everything I needed and right size. It went together pretty quick and is extremely sturdy. I have oaks that drop a ton of leaves and acorns in the fall and was having to lift 39 gallon bags, some super heavy with acorns, into my trunk to get them to the debris pile. This is going to make it so much easier on my back. No inflate tires is a big plus, you don’t have to worry about a flat. I haven’t used it yet, but I like the way it feels already when I pulled it around the room testing the steering. Definitely a game changer when it comes to yard work.

Fantastic it is so versatile. Sides up, sides down into a flatbed. Rolls easily and handles weight well

Took 2 Hours To Assemble
I'm giving this 3 stars for the horrific time to assemble this thing. I have had to assemble numerous things and most things now come pretty easy to assemble and with allen wrenches. Neither is true with this. I've seen some reviews that said this just took them 30-minutes. Maybe if you know what axles are and use tools all the time (and have all types of tools), but it took me 2 hours for this little wagon! I was expecting it to take 15... 30 at the most. It comes with no tools and does not tell you what tools you will need. The first thing that took me forever was the bolts. They didn't screw on all the way. I was stumped and thought maybe that is how it was supposed to be. It wasn't until I got stumped putting together the front axle(?) and couldn't figure it out at all with the instructions. I remembered there was a QR code and it took me to a how to video. I watched it and realized you do have to screw the bolts all the way down and you needed a drill with a socket. I have used drills many times, but never knew they had sockets. Luckily, I got a new drill for Christmas and it luckily had some sockets. After finding a YouTube video on how to install a socket on my drill, I was able to screw them in all the way. And, it did make screwing the bolts in way easier! However, I didn't have a socket large enough for the wheels. So, I had to manually do that with my robogrip pliers and basically stripping the bolts. I hope this is little wagon is worth it because I'm never doing that again.
