Extremely versatile lat bar. A must-have for any cable crossover machine.
Well-constructed lat bar that can be used on multiple stations of any cable crossover machine. It’s a great substitute/option for cable tricep push downs. The curved design of the bar allows for easy underhand and overhand grips for pull downs, rows, push downs, and even bicep curls. It’s a versatile piece of equipment I’m able to use with clients to change up grips and exercises when using cables. Highly recommend.

Good curl bar
Overall good gym quality curl bar. I received the bar in a timely manner and in good shape.The bar is very solid and I use it with my cable machine at home.

Versatile addition to workout
This bar is versatile, solid... and heavy. Great for lat exercise (although it could be a couple inches wider), both underhand and overhand pulldowns when pivoted, and OK for rowing. I suggest shooting some silicone spray into the little lubrication hole to make the bar rotate more smoothly. The rubber grips are excellent and well located. Overall a very good piece of equipment.

This is a good bar to use for lat pull down To fully engage your back muscles and your lats. I use it regularly depending on the type of exercise I do

Very solid piece of equipment
The 30-inch ez-curl bar feels substantial and well made. Initially the rotation felt like it was rubbing, so I sprayed some WD40 and it is smooth and quiet now. The rubber grips on the handles are a bit rough, I am assuming they will soften up with use, we will see.

Great attachment
Hefty with great handgrips, you may need to WD-40 inside the bar where the attachment spins once in a while. It have really given my workouts a new dimension. Excellent!
