the variable sand pouches sealed well and worked nice. even when filled completely there is a lot of slack in the bag. not great for throwing over your shoulder.

This is an awesome concept for an amazing product, but unfortunately, some of the stitching broke on my second workout. I did not use this product violently outside of its intended purpose. I was able to use the bag in many different exercises, but the strap suddenly started ripping when I tried to pick it up.
