I love this stuff. Does not upset my tummy and doesn' taste horrible. It is a bit powdery, but that's expected! I definitely see more muscle definition and feel strong when I'm on it

I've been taking these capsules twice a day, for months and have seen and experienced the positive cognitive and physical differences I've been searching for.No bloat or upset stomach, which normal Creatine Monohydrate causes, for me. I know others are fine with CM, but it brings me discomfort. Will continue to buy.

Love this creatine as is or can be mixed in anything. Has no taste but does the job. Helps with my growth and recovery.

Ive been buying this for a couple months now, and it’s really nice. Regular Monohydrate makes me really sick to my stomach, and I have no issues at all with this. However, I recently bought the unflavored. When doing this, I did not realize that unflavored meant no flavoring, NOT no flavor at all. My bad. The taste though, tastes like the morning after a night of bad decisions. It is almost certainly more acidic tasting than the lemon lime flavor, which is crazy to me. It’s incredibly hard for me to drink this stuff because it tastes like puking after drinking a fifth of vodka with no food. So just heads up, I’d either stick to the flavored ones, or the pills maybe. Haven’t tried those yet.

I’ve been using this consistently for 45 days and see muscle building. Doesn’t upset your stomach. Great flavor too!

The product is quite expensive for the amount you get—the container is less than half full of creatine powder, which feels misleading. The flavor is also a major downside: it has a strong, bitter taste that’s hard to overlook.As for the effects, I can’t comment yet since it’s too early to tell, but my main concerns so far are the poor value for money and the unpleasant taste.
