Easy to setup and delivers and amazing experience!
This works as described and is certainly cost affective alternative to a full blown hot tub. We weren't sure if we would want one so we got this inflatable to give it a test run, so to speak.Very easy to setup with the heat/air pump doing the inflating. It came with an inflatable cover as well as an insulation cover. You need to use both to keep that heat in when it's not in use. It took about 34 hour to get heated up to where I wanted it. The water was 50° when it went in and I wanted it to be 100. It heats at about 1.5 degrees per hour, so be patient and you'll get there. While it was heating, I put a few chlorine tablets in the dispenser that fits over the hot water discharge and it worked perfectly. Sterilized the water and cleaned it while it was warming.Once it was up to my heat specifications, we settled in. It was SOOOOOOOO nice. The hot water bubbling around you is refreshing, and it may not have the jets pummeling your back muscles, but those bubbles do a good job too.About the bubbles, the only slight (I mean very slight) detractor is that the air coming in isn't heated, so it cools the water by a degree or two. Not a significant issue since we still enjoyed it immensely, but just be prepared for it. We didn't even notice it while we were in it, I just happened to look at the temperature and saw that it dropped about 3 degrees. All in all, this is a great hot tub and was certainly worth the costs. Can't wait to drop in it after coming from the gym and a long run. That's gonna be AMAZING!

We love it!!
So here's my review after just a couple days. Amazon ordering was easy as always. Said 3-4 months but took 3 weeks and now they have some in stock. Shipping was freight cause the box is like 150-200lbs. I went and picked it up instead of there delivery 4 days later. Assembly was pretty easy, manual and CD. You need to buy the salt for it and chlorine test strips. I bought a 40lb bag of salt for 9 bucks. Instructions say to use 4.4lbs the first time. So it don't take much. The hot tub it's self I compare to a basketball type material that not blown all the way up but still soft. Feels very durable and we like the pillow feeling. It's deep enough for me to sit on the bottom and the water comes up to my neck. The motor unit is nice, controls are easy and it's 110. The jets are nice but there not all the same pressure. I could do without them. I do like the air bubbles but I didn't think I would of but they do cool the water faster. You can only run one thing at a time cause it only 110. So jets only, bubbles only, or heat only. Does come with a top also. If you live in a colder climate you'll have to keep it in a garage or sun room. The manual says don't operate under 40 degrees. I like the salt water system tho its easy to keep up with and better for your skin. If you don't want the Jets then get the new Palm Springs one is a little cheaper and is salt. Overall were very happy with it and was well worth the money so far.

Worth the Buy
Worth the buy for an inflatable hot tub. I love the look and it’s the perfect size for my husband and I. You probably can fit more people in it but you wouldn’t be able to stretch your legs out much. It does hold to temperature and only ever really drops 2 degrees but this is when we keep the bubbles off! If you keep the bubbles on, it will drop at least 5 degrees pretty quickly. Also, we have had it for 3 months at this point and we already need to add additional air to it.

Awesome for the first 6 months. Warranty is a SCAM!
I bought this Bestway Hawaii Spa in December 2020 because it is pretty much the only model that has real water jets and not just the air jets. The spa worked great and the water jets are nice and strong. The air jets are nice too but they can cool off the water faster than the water jets. With the air jets the motor is a little louder so its not as peaceful as using the water jets. I used the waterjets 90% of the time. You cannot use the air jets and water jets at the same time with the US/America model....Now the reason for my 1 star rating....With less than 6 months of normal use the issues with the spa started for me. The pipe couplings are cheap plastic and they connect the motor/heater to the spa body. Well of course they cracked since they are brittle cheap plastic. Now because of this simple piece that is broken the spa is not usable at all and if you turn the pump on water goes all over the place. I contacted the company and actually talked to a real person. They said that plastic pieces only have a 30 day warranty. Which is CRAZY!!! since Amazon states the entire spa has a 12 month warranty. I also checked all the paperwork that came with the spa and Bestway's website, nothing list this 30 day warranty they claim some parts have. In fact I have never been able to find anything in writing that shows this SCAM 30 day warranty. I even registered the spa when I received it which supposedly extends the warranty to 18 months for free....Since Bestway refused to help, I offered to just buy the parts I needed but this spa being sold is the newer model and has a new pump/motor housing. Bestway so far does not offer the replacement parts or have them available for purchase. The photos on Amazon do not show the new pump/motor housing that comes with this model BTW. The person on the phone could not even find the part numbers for this 2021+ model.......Now I am not going to get scammed since Bestway cannot produce something that will last longer than 6 months. To fix the spa myself I went ahead and bought the same spa all over again, and swapped all the parts I needed to repair mine and then boxed up the "new" spa and returned it for a full refund. I hated to do this but BestWay forced my hand with their 30 Day Warranty Scam. If you buy this spa...it will break within a year or less. You will be lucky if you get 6 months of use without any trouble. If you chose to purchase this spa or any other Bestway/Coleman Spa, just be prepared to do what I had to do myself since Bestway does not stand behind their product and they lie about the warranty.
